  • Have not been able to add more than one photo for the group family photo option

    Not sure if I’m missing anything but I tried several times to figure out how to do a family photo but it only takes one photo and puts your face with other random stock photo people. I haven’t been able to figure out how to do multiple faces and it seems like there isn’t an option at all for it. Maybe I don’t know how to use the app fully but it shouldn’t be that hard to figure out either.

    I really needed to do a new photo shoot and save me hundred and hundreds of thousands of dollars as well as time having a big family multiple people involved. This was the best decision for me. I’m glad I chose it.

    This is a scam! I tried to get my photo downloaded. It had me purchased this three different times I thought I would have already purchased it. When I looked back at my email, I had been charged almost $30! Requested a refund from Apple, but only got refunded for $9.99. Still have another $7.99 charge and another $9.99 chart that I don’t know how to get refunded. Really upset! Never got a photo.

    Photo styles are bundled, using large number of credits even if you just want 1-2 of that specific style. First 1500 credits came out with our faces looking completely not like us. Also fee is misleading- stated daily rate but actually charged for a full week
