  • Crashes and crashes and weird links

It has potential but just always crashes when you click a notification. Also the weird links and constant required logins are really annoying.

Just landed home from an unforgettable trip to New Zealand that would not have been possible without this app. I tell every traveler I meet to check it out. If you’re looking for adventure you will find plenty of opportunity for planned or spontaneous trips.

Misleading TikTok Hype, Not Worth It I downloaded Going because of all the TikTok ads showing tons of “ultra cheap” flight deals. After trying it myself, it was the complete opposite of what was advertised. I didn’t find any real deals, nothing close to what the marketing promised, and the app itself felt pretty unengaging. Feels like the ads oversold something the app doesn’t actually deliver. Definitely disappointed.

This app is not what they say it is. Doesn’t give you any ideas on points and how to get better deals on business class don’t waste your time.

Just booked a mistake fare from Seattle to Seoul for $337 per person round trip!!!!! I rather pay for this app then pay for Netflix if I had to choose.
  • Too Many Alerts

App itself is useful but after receiving dozens of alerts each day, it’s no longer on my phone. Scale back the alerts please. I don’t need 100 notifications on a daily basis.
  • Not VoiceOver accessible

There's not much to say. Blind and other print disabled users on iPhones cannot use this app. I wish I could give it 0 stars as I cannot use it.
  • $240?! YIKES

I was really exited to try this app out so I signed up for the free trial that would be $40 when charged. I specifically wanted to see business and first class flights only to find out it’s an additional $200 to access those. This is a cool idea for an app but the pricing is outrageous. There is no reason this shouldn’t be included in the initial subscription fee.

They claim To give you money for downloading and signing up for apps but it’s lies the do not hide you money they end up saying things like this app is no longer valid for rewards
  • No Reminder for Free Trial Renewal, Not Worth the Money

I signed up for the free trial after seeing some advertising. I didn’t get to use the product but was forced to paid because I didn’t turn off auto renewal. There was no reminder for auto renewal which I was surprised considering that most of subscriptions apps would remind customers before the renewal date. I argued with the customer support but they kept diverting me to “App Store” and saying no way would they be able to refund me if I wanted a refund. It doesn’t seem like they wanted to help me get the refund at all. Overall I’m not happy with how this process went. I think the app should send notifications to customers and also be more customer friendly by self refunding the customer.
