After weighing and observing which learning apps my 4.5 year old enjoyed and benefited from most, I cancelled one subscription and bought SplashLearn. The games are intuitive and challenging, she gets excited and laughs, and I love the weekly email progress reports. The format is organized, colorful and not overwhelming or underwhelming.

My son loves splashlearn. It adds so much more to his knowledge. In school his PK teacher tells me that he’s so advanced with his academics. He knows all his stuff. There are times where he just turns on the app and laugh along while singing songs, telling me shapes, colors and more. I really like splash learn for the toddlers.

I bought this app for my 4 year old granddaughter. She loves it. So many different ways to learn topics and it’s not the same music or rewards over and over. She loves the math portion and the letter writing, well really she loves so much of the sections. The emails keep me updated on her progress and if there is a section she is having a difficult time with we can be more detailed or I might need to move her down a level. It is a well thought out program and we are enjoying all the sections.

This is one of my kids’ favorite apps, which is saying a lot considering it has to compete with some other very large platform gaming apps. I love that it offers fun opportunities for educational/creative play! 10/10!

  • Not worth the price

While the app keeps a child's attention, the content is repetitive and much less extensive than advertised. Several sections feel incomplete, with audio mismatched voiceovers. It introduces concepts like microtransactions using 'Sparks' fake currency to buy avatar clothes. Ultimately, I feel like it lacks enough educational resources and feels like it was designed to keep kids distracted. For me, not worth the price; many better apps are available.

I love that this app sends me updates on my child’s progress without me having to log in the app. And my daughter loves to use it for learning

My 4 and a half year old really loves playing the games on this app. He’ll play for 20 minutes straight. Some of the games are challenging, but he enjoys figuring them out. I like that they email a parent’s report so you can see the progress your child is making. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because I wish it was more affordable.

Ever since I downloaded the app, my kid wants to play it everyday. It helps very much with his spelling and word pronunciation. He is now spelling words out on his own.
