    The app does its job of connecting people, which I appreciate. I also appreciate that there is a option to get verified. Might be better if it were mandatory. However, there are so many bugs with it that it’s a bit of a drag. It tells me I have 39 notifications even if there’s some solicititous email from HER. There are MANY non-real people that show up as options. It shows me people that are thousands of miles away, even though that’s not part of my criteria. It shows me people in genders that are not part of my criteria. If someone likes me, I don’t have the option of not liking them from the same screen. I have to open an entirely new screen with all my likes in order to hit the X button. And people that I have X’d out do not disappear from my liked page. So I’m glad that it exists and there’s a lot to fix.

    I paid for premium and was finally making connections. As soon as I made a real connection with a friend they deleted my account. And when I asked for an account review they didn’t even give me a reason as to what I did wrong for my account to be banned ‘Forever’? Weird zero⭐️

    You literally can not do anything on this app, even set your preferences, unless you pay for their expensive premium subscription. If they want to charge for literally everything, that’s fine, but state that at the beginning! Not after you’ve gone through the trouble of making your entire profile. I wouldn’t mind paying, either, but the way they go about it is seriously just disgusting to me.

    Been banned two times without reason other than “breaking community guidelines” which are run of the mill bare minimum. At this point I’m convinced it’s targeted.

    I provided the proof of identity they asked for and filed two support tickets. It’s been days. This also makes no sense anyway - why would you suspend an account over someone’s network connection? This feels more like lowkey discrimination.

    From a two-year user: the chat has always lagged. It doesn't keep up in real time. But the icing on the cake happened a few weeks ago when I was actively in the middle of a chat with another member, and the chat completely disappeared. There was no way for me to reach out to the member again after that, even though I could still see her profile, and it looked like she was continuing to view mine for several days afterward. I tried to reach out to Her customer service in a couple of different ways afterward and received only automated responses that did not at all address the issue. They suggested that maybe the chat had idled for too long (it hadn't) or the other member had been blocked or removed from the app (she hadn't). So the takeaway is: do NOT trust the app to have your back. Dating is hard enough as it is, Her - do better!!!!

    I think it’s a bit ridiculous only getting to match with two people before having to wait a full 24 hours just to get limited likes as well, the subscription prices are also ridiculous, having 6 different types of subscription plans that are overpriced. I really wanted to like this app, but you’re very very limited to everything on there plus a bunch of fake profiles on it as well does not make it enjoyable.

    I like that it’s an app that allows you to interact with lgbtqia individuals however they place limits on how many times you can swipe. The whole point of having this app is to swipe and meet others. And the premium feature is so expensive, it’s not worth paying that much money for it. I will be downloading Taimi because every time I download this app I don’t last longer than a week on it.
