Ulta Beauty: Makeup & Skincare

I don’t want to have to sign into the app when I just used it a few hours ago. Every other app keeps me signed in for a long period of time. This one is especially annoying because you can’t even sign in quickly. You have to wait for a code and a lot of times that code never comes — so good luck using the app if you’re in a hurry. It can take 5 or 10 minutes of repeatedly requesting a code before that actually happens. 🙄

It is a good mascara. You cannot beat the price. Easy to handle and get those inner and outer lashes

App isn’t stable at all - any time I edit my cart, the app freezes and crashes. I have to go back in and make all my changes one by one. When I tried to submit feedback for the app, the app crashed. Unbelievable. I’d love to actually check out one day but the app is literally preventing me from doing so.

So by the title Ulta is amazing. There customer service is amazing, and they are just so nice. If you can’t find what you are looking for then they will immediately help you and if they can’t it wil be about a minute wait because they are helping someone else out, making someone’s makeup look great or they are making the store perfect 👍🏼 if you can’t find what you are looking for then they will show you right where it is. And they always have what you are looking for.💗🛍️

So tired of all the updates AND you can’t use the app unless you have the latest ios update which is diabolical. Update again today and the app is now slower than yesterday. Plus PLEASE give us a way to filter OUT the UB marketplace items. I want to see what’s new at ulta but I can never do that now because the search results are littered with thousands of products from UB marketplace brands. I want to see what has recently been debuted for ULTA, not the ULTA marketplace and now I can’t. Ugh it’s maddening and don’t even think about trying to navigate the ULTA website. God forbid someone doesn’t want to use an app. The website literally does not want to take your money it’s close to impossible to actually complete a transaction. The Sephora app isn’t perfection but they’ve got you guys beat by a thousand miles. I don’t have to update my ENTIRE DEVICE in order to shop with them. This has been an issue with ULTA for YEARS and it’s legitimately why I have numerous acquaintances who refuse to shop from ULTA. The company is massively successful and pulling in billions of dollars yet the online shopping experience is hands down the worst I’ve encountered. I refuse to buy anything from UB marketplace until you provide an easy way for me to filter those items OUT of my results. Basic app functions but of course it’s not possible. Which makes me think those companies are paying ULTA for the ability to make us have to see their items without being able to filter them out. I’d bet money on it.
