    If your buying a house or just want to know the value of houses around you, this is a great app to use. Personally, I wouldn’t even buy a house without using this app.

    I demo’d this app about a year ago and decided to subscribe over the weekend to walk my Mom’s property line and identify corners. The app was absolutely horrible and at least 30ft plus off from where the points should have been. It performed much worse than when I originally tried it, despite having had an upgrade about 6mths ago. When I reached out for help, there is NO support. The only thing I got was a solicitation from Microsoft. You are wasting your time and money if you consider LandGlide.

    Skip this app . I found the data to be inaccurate and the appraisals on the extremely low end No wonder with out an update for half a year . Property lines are off as well in the few places I checked and some names are hidden even though it is public information that is easily available. Also I can’t cancel my free trial? Sounds fishy. No strings. Well I will appreciate not being charged as I’m removing this app before my free week with “no strings “ is up by 5 days. Take care .

    I loved this app for a while but it is off on the property lines. The lines on the map (even if you change to topo or satellite) don't match up to where you actually are. I have been out in the middle of the street and it shows I'm 1/4 way up the side of a property. Totally skewed. I will reset my position but it's still off. Shows roads way off and the overlay is off kilter. Somebody help! It is t an inexpensive app at $99.00 a crack. Totally worth it if it works. Totally worthless if it doesn't. Also when you click the command to show you on the map it takes sometimes 10-50 (yes, that many) times to put me where I am.

  • Works great, needs parcel data refresh

    App works awesome and being able to work off-line is great for me. Parcel data in the app is not as current as in Regrid, which is a disappointment. Also would be great if there was a way to import a list of parcels to work off of, since you can export a list currently. Also would be great to be able to have multiple different saved location lists, rather than all of them in one list. As is though, it’s a fantastic tool for the work I’m doing.
