  • Not enough time

Dude, you’ve got to give a little more heads up (countdown) when you are expected to blow for the reading. This new update there is no countdown which makes it more difficult to get a reading on the first try. in the previous version there was a countdown when you were expected to blow.
  • Why does a breathalyzer company need your data?

In what world do I need to create an account to use a Bluetooth breathalyzer. Why do you need my data at all? Do yourself a favor and get a different device I used BACtrack for 10 years to make sure I was good to drive but why do I need to create an account and upload my data so they have it? Makes absolutely no sense

This new app is terrible! It takes forever and is not accurate. Bring back the old app.
  • Requires an account now???

In order to use the hardware that I bought, this app now requires creating an account on their servers so they can store every BAC reading. NO. THANKS. This is health data. I care about privacy and medical safety, unlike this company.

I purchased a C8 and no matter what I do I am unable to sync it with the application.
  • Does not work at all

Just got today and the app keeps giving me an error message the second I blow to wait 15 minutes. If it doesn’t work in an hour it’s total junk and will be returning.
  • Need more drink options

Like the device, but need more drink options. Every time I have gone to plug something in, I have had to find a substitute. Tonight, I found it odd that there was not anything listed for white claw, but both Abita and Saint Arnold’s had relatively decent list options.
  • Takes too long

I have tried this several times and I always end up with the same result of it not updating with the current data fast enough to make it work for me. I would like to think that a drunk person would not be able to understand what is going on let alone right a review of an app. Crazy how poorly it interacts with the Apple health app let alone providing the results of a test done through the app
  • Pain to get started

I just want to have a reading, not an ongoing history. I still haven’t gotten signed in.
