    Everything used to work before the update, now cannot upload receipts anymore and choose other work unless you edit. Isnt this thing even tested before releasing an update to the public?

    Crashes when I upload a receipt. Then crashes when I try to view receipt. Now I can see the thumbnail of the receipt but when I try to view it, I just get a blank screen

    Overall the app is quite good. There are a couple of things that I would change if I could such as…..being redirected into my phones settings via the app is obnoxious. And the option for self service maintenance is glitchy for some reason. It won’t let me search or select task performed.

    Good app, if the server doesn’t keep quitting on you. Had to report the same service record 8 times before it stayed entered. Then it asked me to enter more info on my tires, and now that info won’t stay saved. You value people’s cars based on this app? And you make it a pain to upload information? Good going!

  • Odometer wrong, can’t correct.

    Odometer for all my vehicles always seems to be wrong. I used to be able to routinely correct it, but now cannot. Not sure what update caused that. Very annoying and now cannot accurately schedule maintenance.

    I used to like using this app. Unfortunately, I might have to stop using it because I’ve noticed that it stopped allowing me to upload any receipts. It also keeps changing stored information. When I try to go back and redo the information, as with several times, I’ve noticed multiple changes even while having the receipts with correct information. I always update to see if that is the problem but it doesn’t change anything. To make matters worse, some things, like changing tire purchase information, cannot be fully updated. Very frustrating and disappointing.

    Self-service records don’t save when tracking services performed on a particular VIN. Lost quite a few service records because I trusted this platform. Maybe it’s my fault for not reading the fine print, but who would expect this?

    They used to show you on the service record what shop, when, and city and state. Now they don’t, they also leave out tons of info and block out the last of your VIN. Stupid app now and a waste.

    Needs to get a calendar I had my last service done and reported by my dealer on March 13, 2025. Car fox has been telling me my truck needs an oil change by August 4, 2025. I will be setting up an appointment because I’m almost at my mileage for the oil change, not because it’s due at less than five months.
