Don't hesitate. I also have 3D4Medical Complete Anatomy - if you only get one, get Muscle Premium. Great for peeling away layers, rotating in any direction to view from any angle. And the muscle animations are fantastic! A must have program.
  • Terrible graphics

Terrible graphics ruin the effectiveness. I want my money back. Android version gives you the option of a refund.
  • Good, not great

Great for personal trainers, and undergraduate students, graduate students (PT, OT, Medical, etc.) should look elsewhere for more detail however. It's difficult to zoom from certain perspectives and the videos are rather specific (ie. at the glenohumeral joint they describe adhesive capsilitis, but go into no detail regarding the osteokinematics or arthokinematics of the joint). Also the animated movements are good for beginners, but true joint/bone/muscle movements aren't depicted very well.
  • Why am I not able to view any annotations?

Try to label annotations with pointers to several muscles; asks to save which I do... but when the muscle is viewed again, no notes / annotations exsit. Same issue with Human Anatomy Atlas, which I had to stop using as my notes are 80% of retention for A&P. Also... why are there no back buttons in an app that costs so much? Why must I constantly hunt for the way to return to a previous view or function or mode?
  • on all my apps!

I run an A&P lab and I find this is the best one available,,,,WORTH THE MONEY! I love the ability to hide superficial muscles to see supporting muscles and bones. Moving examples of joints and muscle use gives my students that “ah ha!” Moment!
  • Low quality graphics, whats up?

Just downloaded for Mac, unfortunately the graphics are not quality, I like the idea but the visual quality really hinders the app. I would ask for my money back at this point...
  • bad buttons & difficult to navigate

I purchased this to help with an anatomy and physiology course. The animations are good to help visualize how muscles work, but it’s very difficult to get to the specific muscles or joints that you’re trying to study. For example, just trying to navigate to the infraspinatus to see how works with the shoulder girdle and it took me 30 minutes of trying to navigate to get to it. I don’t reccomned this app.

I bought this app a couple of months ago and loved it! But now when I try to open it I get a message that it is damaged and needs to be deleted and re-downloaded. I did this…twice! I keep getting the same message. I read some tips for fixing this but nothing has worked. I have a Mac and everything else is working fine so I have to wonder if there is a defect in the app.
  • The content is great but the buttons is so hard to use!!!

As anatomy review when the app actually works, it’s great! But often, the button of “select region" is frozen and many selection interface is not user friendly except when looking at a region/body part, one can zoom in or out. I use the app on my mac. Too sad the company is not updating/modifying the app to be more user friendly.
