Imagine not having to pay for support. Imagine being encouraged to express things in a therapeutic way, without seeing a therapist. I have been to doctors and therapist trying to control some of these behaviour’s for years with no success. I hate even trying at this point. But this app is incredible at providing support right at the tip of your fingers. Just binged? Document it in the app. Feeling like a failure and identified a triggering thought? Document it in the app. Did you avoid a mirror today? Log it in the app. It’s incredible and judgement free.

There’s room for a few tweaks. Will have to use the app more. Hunger/fullness scale?

I love how customizable and considerate all the questions are. All the other free apps I saw were counting calories, and I just needed to cure my mental state. So this is not a diet app, it’s an app for how you view your relationship with food, and how that affects you and your mental health.

I use this everyday for my recovery. It’s helped a TON. Can you please consider adding a log for hunger and fullness scale like from 1-10? That would help awesome.

This has been very helpful so far.. I feel like I can vent about what I’m feeling and even if my doctors doesn’t read it right way. It just makes me feel seen.

It works well! The only update I’d suggest is the hunger rating- I think 0 should be not hungry, and 19 should be very hungry.
  • this app eats
