Not adequate

Put in all my info and it tells me it’s incorrect. All I want to do is find out when my money is deposited

What’s the point of the app, it’s the same as the website. I was reading all these negative reviews and I was surely they would’ve fixed it by now. I just want some kind of update like when? But no my status is stuck on being processed for almost a month now. Idk what to do anymore. They really need to update everything in fact.

Plain and simple app, works and does what’s it states. I type in some basic information and i get in return the personal information I need regarding my taxes. Fast and convenient. Thank you!.

It doesn’t work and every time I put my information and it says it doesn’t match. I have to go to the website.

Not helpful what so ever. Can't even get these losers to answer the phone. Got a notification in the mail and I have been trying to get ahold of them for a week now. Best bet is go to a office but who knows they might be as useless as the automated system and app.

And in addition to not being able to schedule more than two payments, you have to put your checking account information in every time you make a payment. That’s ridiculous.

It says Error all the time
