  • Fix App Recognition of Xfinity Accounts

    Long time fan of a great app. But since conversion to MSNOW, app no longer allows Xfinity log ins to watch live. I log in, with same credentials used for years, and receive an error message that my account is not valid. Frustrating!

    Horrible. I used MS NBC for years and never had the problems experienced with the MSNOW app. Ridiculous!

    App wont play live TV in landscape mode. Have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Previous app of MSNBC was fine no issues. Pls check and correct it

    I can’t authenticate with Verizon. Screen just hangs. And the app is hardcoded into portrait orientation which is ridiculous. The iPad case that has a built in stand is in landscape orientation making the app unusable at my desk.

  • The update to MSNOW has been TERRIBLE

    Ever since the app updated to MSNOW (not a good name) it’s been getting worse. On my iPad, it no longer works in landscape. And now live video playback has completely stopped working.

    The app was working for me until this week. Now when I try to watch a live show the screen is completely black with no audio. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but still no luck. I’m deleting it for good now.

    The video player constantly gives an error and won’t play! I uninstall and reinstall and it still won’t play.

    It’s been years, and this app still can’t carry a stream without dropping it. Often have to quit and restart the app to resume the show. None of the other streaming apps I have has this problem. Too bad, because MSNOW’s content deserves much better.

    This app use to be better when Universal still had the company. Once they switched to MS Now the app is so buggy and crashes all the time.
