Quick and easy payment

App fails to sign-in for last several months, and still no fix. Logging out, reinstalling app - nothing works. Seems like mobile auth is broken, that renders app pretty useless

Website gives error codes forbidding access and app issues too. I cannot even log in and order more of my favorite items and save with online purchases. It once saved time and money shopping online at the website (when it worked). Now, the app also fails to load or allow logging in. I will go to Lowe’s, instead. This store costs more but at least I can save my orders and favorite items and have no accessibility issues like I do at Home Depot. I now enjoy Lowe’s much better. Lowe’s probably matches Home Depot’s prices, too. Apparently, 1,000 other prior Home Depot Customers also share the same bad accessibility issues with only Home Depot, as I do shared by online discussion boards. Either fix your website and store apps, or you will lose other customers, too. I will eventually replace your store with others if access continues to be denied online.

The app would not allow me to use PayPal for payment. I had to create an account, enter address and credit card information. PayPal is so much easier and I do not like giving my credit card information out online.

Kinda sluggish

Constantly crashing and freezing. Order online and they cancel your order & say it’s out of stock. Try to make a payment and you’ll be redirected to yet another crashing & freezing Citibank link. Just awful, go to Lowes!

Poor customer service at this specific location

Home Depot put items online but when you want to pay, they said that the can’t deliver in store for pick up. For that I bought sinks in Texas to send them in NJ by UPS. After that I shopped 64 items and I checked out. They credit card canceled the order for security issues. When I resolved the problem with the bank, I m not able to replace the order ( to repay). I have to shop again. That made me spent a lot of time.

This will be the third time I attempted to purchase item and after waiting hours they say unable to fill order
