  • Cardholder Benefits Not Worth It

    Being a cardholder only offers benefits of spending $299 or more. If spending less than that amount, there MAY be a discount if purchasing select items that are constantly changing. Lowe’s offers customers 10% off every purchase. That would be beneficial as a Home Depot card holder.

    I just want to check out with the item in my cart. I don’t want a credit card; I already have one. I don’t want to consider extra items that other people purchased; I know exactly what I want and just needed to check out.

    This app used to be pretty helpful when I was trying to find things in store and also was nice to be able to find which store location had the things I was shopping for. Now, however, it is extremely difficult to even change store locations. If I do find the items I’m looking for the app is almost guaranteed to be wrong about availability or location with in the store. Will never use this app again and will probably never shop at Home Depot again. Do better!!!

  • Site is not connecting my card

    For some reason the HD card that I have had for 20 years suddenly can no longer be found when I try to check out. Whatever improvements were made between card servicing and the app clearly didn’t take. This is AFTER I supposedly linked my card to my account. Come on HD, this is way below your acceptable performance level.
