By incorporating technologies and using various activities both online and offline in this training program, trainees from the three countries (CLV) will be able to gain the most benefits out of the training program. Especially, the use of LMS will enable us to easily track and evaluate learning performance as well as it helps trainees to access to the training resources at their own pace and from their own place. This project will be possible with the contribution of our potential partners in the Mekong region with the funding of financial resources, technical assistance and other relevant support to help CLV countries to participate in the training projects.
