    Came from and ad on Instagram. App does not offer a lot of customizable features to the templates. There are no font options available and the text brush is not functional. I subscribed for the 3 day free trial, which forces you until the year subscription not the weekly, fine. When I try to download the finished edit the page glitches and brings me back to the subscription page. It feels like they are trying to trick/force you into purchasing and forgoing the free trial to get the finished product. I have checked my subscriptions and Apple says I have the yearly subscription with the free trial but the app continues to glitch. Clearly done on purpose. I would not recommend this to anyone and AVOID DOWNLOADING. Full waste of time.

    What a scam of a “free trial.” You promise 3 days free, yet the second you accept, you’re charged for an entire year. No trial. No warning. Just an instant charge. Customer support’s response? Basically: “Oops, sorry, nothing we can do.” Very professional. This is straight-up misleading advertising. If this is how you treat your “customers,” then congratulations. Enjoy the money you take this way. I hope it’s worth it — because I’ll be making sure others know exactly how this app really works.

    I opted for free trail just to see how the edits it’s deducted yearly subscription from my account now I don’t know from where I need to contact them how to reach them ! Pls return my money !

    I read the comments but still tried bc of the free trial. They’re intentionally making the free trial button glitch so u purchase either the weekly or yearly subscription. I don’t like shady stuff like that so they won’t be getting my money.

    For the amount of money this app charges, it truly is a disappointment and I would highly suggest looking at different apps for edits.

    I am embarrassed and shocked that I paid for this app. It has been horrible absolutely horrible. The interface is terrible. The songs don’t load. It’s just bad. Do not recommend. If you’re going to pay for An app, pay for something other than this

  • Lots of cut out videos don’t work

    Was excited but lots of the cut out videos just don’t work and only show the first video and then blanks on iPhone 17.

  • Cancellation Made Intentionally Difficult

    While Muse is a very neat app, I cannot afford it at the moment. Upon attempting to cancel the free trial, I could not find the option anywhere on the app, nor could I find anything about it online. I would love to use it one day if I could, but I cannot now. Unfortunately, it seems as though Bigrowth has made cancellation difficult for the consumer.
