    If I could give .5 of a star I would. Everything was okay until I got banned. I did a couple surveys, got some coins, not enough to cash out but I was having fun doing surveys and when I tried to get on the app again, I was banned. Don’t even know what I did.

    Scam. They have you download and play games or do surveys with private information just to collect and then ban you so they don’t have to pay out what you’ve earned.

They partner with games or apps such as banking apps those apps pay a certain sum or amount to have the game listed on this app “Playful Rewards” 2. you download the game or app and play it to the level or fulfill whatever requirement that warrants a payout 3. You put your email and info in thinking you’re about to cash out 4. Your account is banned or suspended for no apparent reason 5. The app Playful Rewards gets paid by those companies because whatever app you downloaded just got free promo or exposure

    I had difficulty authorizing my account so I reached out to customer service. They helped me navigate it, and solved the issue. I then cashed out $100 in rewards. The next day I look at my account and they said they had permanently closed my account and that I’ve been permanently banned. No explanation, nothing. It noted that I also would not get my rewards. I reached out to customer service and they requested I send them my card that I used but “blur out” the information. I told them I only used PayPal. I would never provide someone with my card information. This is a complete spam and I never got the rewards I earned! Do not download the app!!

    Played a connected game for a week and completed enough levels for tokens to get a $100 payout. Submitted request with no issue. 24hrs later I’m supposed to receive the payout but I log on to the app to see that my account has permanently been banned due to suspicious activity. Deleted the app. Waste of time.

    This app is a scam. Dont waste your time, get free cash instead. I finally received $10, cashed out and they banned my account for no reason. After talking to support they re-opened it and gave me my money, no biggie. Well after i received another $10 I went to cash out and they banned my account AGAIN. After speaking to support they said I played the game too fast and can’t unlock my account?? I dont usually do bad reviews, but this app is a fraud, a scam, and a waste of time. Delete it now if not sooner.
