    I have tried nearly all of the apps in the frequency and binaural space and this one nails it. It’s easy to use, simple interface, relatable and has good content in the Hub, like I discovered the gateway experience in here and that has been absolutely life changing. The app actively being improved and there are new updates everybody. I listen to binaural beats during meditation, walks and when doing focused work. The AI journal serves as my own personal daily therapist, idea generator and personal tutor. This app has gotten me closer than anything else to achieving that great old adage “know thyself.”

    Recently I purchased a subscription, I got a new phone and tried to download the app again, and it made me create a new account. It also made me unable to renew my subscription. And now every time I click on something that I paid for nothing happens. I've been searching in the app to find where I can log into my account / restore my purchase to not find where to do so. This app is doing the opposite of what I downloaded it for right now and its highly frustrating

    I have been a paid premium user of this app for a year. I’ve had many similar apps that I’d try for awhile but after awhile I would cancel subscription & find something new. This is the only app that I’ve kept a subscription for even if I haven’t used it for months. For some reason I can’t use it at all now. I’m still being billed but I can’t log into it. I tried to change my password & I get an error. Please contact me to resolve. This is disappointing.

  • Loved app, but after latest update couldn’t access and no customer service

    Was really enjoying the free trial and some of the frequencies. But it asked to do an update and then was making me run through all kinds of registration stuff and information and it wouldn’t go past where I lived, which was going to be viewed in my profile and there was no customer service information. I entered info and it still didn’t register. So buggy! So I figured if there’s not gonna be any customer support I canceled. It’s too bad. The frequencies were great.

    This is probably one of the most annoying things is that when I try to loop this it never loops. So when I sleep at night I can never enjoy it playing for more than 10 minutes. Also why can’t I use this on my MacBook? Or computer. Like seriously please get a website so my subscription monthly is worth it.

    found the app from TikTok. i know it’s a new app but it has a glitch that closes the app when you press the 3 lines, otherwise it works alright.

    I paid for the year and it still won’t allow me full access to all of the different sounds. And it won’t allow me to use the app if I ask for it not to send me notifications.. very frustrating I really would like my money back at this point
