Not intuitive in the least. Please do lightyears better. This is frustrating beyond anything I’ve ever done.

Hard to use customer service is very delayed and bad. Very frustrating to use. Cannot get my products to sync.

Put in my info up to date and correctly over 100 times, used ID, passport , DL. Also used multiple different proof of adress. I am literally verified on the TikTok app accounts that’s linked to the shop but the seller shop itself won’t let me verify my identity, I already contacted support and the AI bot multiple time , no help from anyone, system is faulty

Makes managing the TikTok shop easy and assessable.

I can do everything over my phone. Any word anytime I love it.

I’m having a hard time figuring this app out. It’s hard to load products.

I initially wanted to be a seller on TikTok but didn’t realize how it really worked. So I got halfway through the registration process and just stopped because I didn’t want the responsible of having to store inventory and do the shipping. So some time later I checked into it further and decided to just go for it. But to my surprise my shop has been permanently closed. Needless to say I am devastated. Does anyone have any idea how I could remedy this?
