    The developers appeared to have stopped adding content to the game. So some of the events stop occurring now. Also, the ads are now all extremely long so you spend more time watching ads than playing. Hope the devs do something about this. Otherwise fun game to pass time.

    The game has an issue of crashing when too many balls stay on the screen. I’ve been on 2 different iPhones and 3 androids, yet, this issue still persists. Sun Wukong is my favorite but he is unusable because of this. The farther you get, the more ho the monsters will have which is just more crashing. Not to mention, pet abilities and artifacts get screwed up if you try to continue after a crash. 9 times out of 10, artifacts just genuinely don’t work anymore when I have to continue after that. I’m losing more than I gain playing at this point. I can deal with a lack of content but a lack of playability isn’t fun at all. Please fix this. Make a punball lite or something so I can at least just run the game.

    It’s somewhat fun, there are the typical character, equipment, talent progression but there is something so unsatisfying about the angles that you can do. Wish there was more side to side action, this seems very up and down focused which isn’t as fun (to me)

    Do not download, game crashes constantly and if you’re lucky you might not lose energy, 99% of the time… you will lose credits, energy, gems, progression in events, ranking and scores… customer and technical help have an abhorrent effort… reports I made weeks and months ago have yet to be answered… maybe I’m stubborn to keep coming back and think they fixed the many glitches and errors…

    Game hasn’t loaded in several days - also support is terrible, it takes a week+ to respond without resolution. It’s a shame these games charge money and customers are not taken care of. Per response - if you read the first post - I have been in contact with your support for over 2 months with 4 responses, all without addressing the issue. Update - Habby logged into my account without authorization and said everything is OK. They told me to use a VPN to connect the game to their service… Why?????
