NASCAR Tracks

The latest NASCAR Tracks app excludes anyone using an iPhone 15 or earlier from using your latest app which requires iOS 17.0 or later. The iPhone 15 and earlier models only have an iOS update to 16.x and therefore none of your customers who already purchased tickets for 2026 can’t get access to them. Big problem and future releases of this app should be tested thoroughly with legacy operating systems. What should customers do in the meantime who need access to their tickets for January, February and March 2026 races?

Difficult to find what you want/need. Easily corrupted. Does not work in seating area of numerous tracks

There is nothing intuitive about this app. When you select a fav track. I downloaded the app. Randomly selected a fav track. With no instructions, it took me 20 mins to find a small drop down arrow then go to the track i bought tickets for. Then i had to sign in again after I’ve already signed into Ticketmaster once. No instructions when you get to the app. No support. Just email the tickets or let me access on Ticketmaster. My gosh what a nightmare.

Freezes often. I hope this app is not going to be used for the Coronado race.

Need to go back to where tickets are sold at track or mailed to your home address , will not let me send my tickets to iPhone wallet, app flashes when trying to open and goes right back to home screen

The app is laggy and slow and does not work well.

Slow and a waste of time.

Terrible app. 3rd year and still doesn’t work worth a darn. Let’s go back to the old way where you send me my tickets so I know I have them when I get to the race. This is an absolute joke.

Doesn’t download tickets correctly since the change over to Ticketmaster. Wont let me print as a back up.
