    Had about 140 saved up tokens they took them all away instant uninstall developers are a bunch of scum bags don’t install look elsewhere

  • Don't waste your money. Here's why...

    1) there's a 600 character limit which you'll never know about because the devs don't give you a character counter. 2) that 600 character limit also extends to the negative prompt input area ( which they also don't tell you about). 3) there's a hyper senseitive [and I mean beyond ridiculous hyper-sensitive large library of "inappropriate" words which automatically get flagged (even if the prompt hasn't anything to do with anything inappropriate) for example my fiance was trying to use stairyai to have fun designing a wedding dress. One of the word prompts she used was "form fitting white beaded and lace sleeves". She had no idea the phrase "form fitting" tripped the error message saying her prompt was inappropriate. which leads me to reason 4) you write a 600 character prompt which is void of anything remotely inappropriate even by the strictest standards, then you have spend a huge amount of time literally going character by character seeing what benign word tripped the filter, because the devs can't /won't give you an idea which prompt it was. terrible and I mean terrible user experience.

    App was awesome, but then they limited my account while my friends reported zero change while using the same promps, ai, etc. Really glad this is how they pay me back for promoting their app.

  • Incredible frustrating

    I use to love it until it’s filters don’t allow anything. I use it to make clothing ideas and no matter what I type it says I’m violating something when I’m totally not typing anything bad. I spend more time trying to figuring out what is triggering the violation than getting an image. Or it takes my credits and blurs out my images so I can’t see them. I give up everything time now and I’m looking elsewhere.

    For the past month, I have attempted to communicate with the customer service team about the fact that I do not have access to the app which I purchased. I have not received any communication and I’m very frustrated. I’m hoping that somebody reaches out through this way for me to connect the app to the purchase that I made.

    This app used to truly be something. They minimized how many credits you can get a day from 5 to 1. They censor anything and everything now. It’s a shame, so many time/ Money/credits wasted. I know it seems like a random AI app, but it had potential over a year ago. Oh well.

    I’ve been using this app for over a year and it’s been great, but recent updates, like reducing daily claims from 5 lumens to 1 and removing the option to watch ads for credits, make it feel more like a money grab. While I understand server costs, it seems unfair to advertise it as free or low-cost when progress is limited unless you pay. I haven’t had this issue with other apps.

    I have to put in so many negative prompts to avoid their censorship and it still doesn’t work. Pretty much all the styles are popping out the same style. And now for some reason instead of 5 lumens a day you get 1 which isn’t even enough for 1 generation.

    Been using the app a few months now. It was nice that the app rewarded 5 free Lumens daily for checking in, but today it only gave me 1. Why are the devs suddenly so greedy they decided giving away enough Lumens for just one free piece of art a day was too nice? App developers need to realize not everyone can afford to pay for several subscriptions every month.
