    It feels very small in the app. I feel like I’m missing things and I did not get any recommendation for a tutorial of how the app worked before starting it so it’s very confusing for me. Not easy to navigate and I hate that I am looking at different religionswhen I am a devout Christian. Also, I really wish it had political affiliations because that is a huge determinant for a good marriage.

    Terrible app, took my money and was only able to use for one day, no live customer service, sent several emails asking for help and no results.

    The overwhelming majority of profiles are totally FAKE. Complete waste of money and time. Absolutely a scam site, ZERO value!!

    The app is a scam. It never really worked. Constantly go through email instead of the app. Customer service is a joke, they are not helpful nor do they reply promptly. And there's constant paid upgrades that are require to make it functional. Save your money.

    Would be nice if it held to the distance settings. I set 35 miles. It’s showing me woman 5 states away and Canada. Another country!! SMH. I can’t see anyone within 8 hours drive. Total garbage. Going to dispute the membership charge. And their tech support is useless and instructs me to take steps that contradict the actual screens on the app. They don’t even know their own software. HORRIBLE.

    I’m in Central Florida, and I haven’t found more than 3 people in a 50 mile radius of me. Which includes Tampa, St Petersburg and Brandon. It’s like the app is intentionally designed to be terrible. I paid for a subscription also. And the people who are in my area either didn’t have kids or didn’t bother to add more than one photo and no info. So disappointed that I wasted money on this.

    Very hard to find people close to me. The settings are atrocious. Would like some help. I'm not paying for penpals here. If you can't fix this, please refund me back $20.
