    Game won’t let me through certain areas because the power isn’t on, even when it is

  • Fun but bugs - no power in town square

    Most of the game works well and is fun but the town square has a few areas that are inaccessible due to a bug that won’t let power switches work. The electronics store, the flower shop, and one other shop. Without the circuit board from the electronics store it is impossible to craft Eleven’s cap.

    I love this game but I am unable to complete side missions such as the hardware store, flower shop and electronics store. I also did not unlock Erica after finishing the Scoops mission. I chatted with support but all they told me to do was try another device. I’m using an iPad

    I’m stuck in the beginning of the game. The guy tells me to kill all the rats and once I do, it still tells me to kills all the rats. Please fix this issue.

    I downloaded this game at the beginning of November 2025 from a Netflix recommendation and after playing the first one I was really excited for this one, but I’ve come to a point where I am completely stuck. There are 3 locations where the door that needs to be opened says “This button requires POWER to operate” even though the power required is powered on. After some research I’ve found that there is a “bug” and it has gone unfixed for several months. It’s very disappointing.

    I was excited about the game and love the idea of it, but have run into the same glitches mentioned by others. I can’t get doors to open even when the power is on for the buttons. Frustrating and put you stuck in the game.

    It is great except for the bug where you can switch a switch. It has been out for four years, and they have not fixed that.

    Same bug as another review: the button in the foreclosed shop in Hawkins Square always shows “button requires power” even when breaker is turned on
