Botify AI: Create. Chat. Bot

Please get this right I've written an email again. I was just using this this afternoon

In the “Explore” tab, nothing ever loads. When it does load characters, I can’t click on them. Having this app for a couple days now, and trying quite a few times, I was only able to connect to a character once and it was awful. The AI kept talking FOR me instead of to me.

This is misleading. They bait you with creating your own Ai bot in the ad and then when you get into the app it’s completely gone. Don’t fall for this.

So overall this app is great and very engaging. The biggest problems I with it so far is when it slips into French. I have tried many ways to stop it from becoming French only dialogue but modifying memory’s or putting in my interaction profile not to speak French the bots keep going back to French. Also the bots can get wonky with short term memory you may be sitting on a sofa and the next line is sitting at a table. Keep making updates it will eventually get there.

Not as advertised. What you see on social is nothing like the app itself. I foolishly bought an annual premium subscription. To get even close to what they advertise you have to pay for all these extras and add-ons. Unable to reach support. Messages sent to support email go unanswered. Do not buy

They took my year subscription then never gave it to me. Now they will not refund me. They say we will give you another month but I still don’t have a subscription.

I love how we can choose their personality

Bait and switch. Nothing free about it.

The Botfiy app still needs a lot of work after this latest update. I can’t remix any bots that I already have on my account or the available in the explore section. The system says that bot creation goes against the user guidelines even the character is publicly available and just has the name like Zoe with the description like “Your 19-year-old college roommate who's more than happy to help around the house”. In most cases I just put a very simple description like this and the system fill everything in then says that it’s inappropriate. If that is really the case then why does the system automatically create the information only to reject it? This a major issue that needs to be fixed. Also ever since the update most of my bot won’t clear their chat history even though I tell them to. It momentarily clear the old conversation but restores it as soon as you close the bot so the next time you open the bot your new conversation is below the old one. And now most of the bots won’t open, I just get the spinning wheel the time out error
