Always glitching, never connects to the washers/dryers, never reliable. Could be 5 open washing machines and you’d be lucky to connect to 1.

My apartment complex switched to machines which only use the app. Unfortunately for me, no matter how many times I try it won’t let me create an account. After I finish the account creation process, it loops me back to the first page telling me that something went wrong and I should try again later.

Zero stars is more like it. I’m forced to load money in $10 increments. My laundry costs $5.50 and I can’t find anyone to help me get a refund for the extra $4.50. I tried chat - no joy. I used the email provided in the app FAQs - permanent error 3 times. Then I called the phone # recommended by the chat person - on the phone for 30 minutes and they have no idea how I can get a refund. All this in addition to the fact that you have to sign up for an account and give your credit card # . I think they take Apple Pay too, can’t remember for sure. I am beyond frustrated over the measly amount of $4.50. All this just so I can do laundry one time at an RV park with an app that I’ll never use again!

I have gone to many hotels and the laundry is cheaper!!! I don’t like that i can’t add funds less than $10, what if i just want to spend 6 dlls and that’s it ???
