Absolutely love the content however as someone who has been reading the books for the past 16+ years i wish there was more animated exclusive content and if not why does new animated content come so slow.

I tried to use the app and watch the videos but everything but one video said “exclusive” and I couldn’t watch it plus I don’t know how to get exclusives

Why are you guys putting sigmar animations out when you should be working on more 40K animation. Is the world that small that you guys can’t adapt a space marines story, I know astardes 2 is coming but thats not enough y’all had this app for like 10 years now. PICK UP THE PACE

The UI on mobile is unbearable to put up with/navigate especially with how many bugs there are. I can’t even watch 40K battle report on mobile cus it doesn’t show up at all when I click it. Also the audio balance for battle report needs a lot of work, when I watch on my tv at home it’s either way to quiet when they’re speaking or jarringly loud whenever they start yelling etc. this seems to be fixed on mobile at least when I wear headphones but mobile has issues with brightness as when I have my brightness at max it is still too dark at times like the intro when they show the armies I can’t even see the models this is on an IPhone 14 Pro so it’s not like it’s my device. All in all super dissatisfied with the app so far.

The content on the app is good although it takes too long for the animations to release. My big complaint and the reason I’m thinking about canceling is the miniatures you’re supposed to receive. I was able to order the first minis offered but since then haven’t had any luck. I’ve tried contacting the company but no one has helped. I was going to cancel before my latest renewal but personal issues got in the way and I forgot to cancel. Now it’s renewed for another year and I’ll bet that I will not be able to order the new minis and that no one from GW will help me. I guess what I’m trying to say with my review is if you’re here only for the content you’ll be happy but if you also want the minis be wary of signing up for the App, you may not receive one and if you have the same kind of issues I did when ordering them no one will help you.

Firstly, the app is a little awkward, but is pretty good overall. Next, the content that exists is good, but there is so little of it to begin with. They add very infrequently, and it appears that they have even removed some of the content. Just cannot justify paying the subscription fee for what little you get in return.

Great all but shows are not always able to play. Invited a play group over to watch hammer and bolter. But it’s not available right now? 4+ hours

I like the app fine. Some stuff good be better. But the app is fine. My problem is that nothing new has come out in weeks or even months. Kill Lupercal has been stuck on two episodes since long before I even knew about the app. I saw clips on YouTube and that got me to buy a sub…. Still no episode 3. No new episodes of anything I like on here. Not enough content.
