    Come on Etsy. Years later and the one common issue sellers deal with is STILL PREVALENT. The app will not always notify you of new messages which will hurt your message response rate. Mine went from 100% to 0% after I downloaded the app entrusting it to notify me of what it promised to do. It will either never notify you of a message at all or notify you days later. Super frustrating and shows how little to nothing Etsy upper managements care to listen to or respond to sellers. It’s been YEARS.

  • Need to fix shipping and inventory!

    When a seller offers volume discounts (ie. a pack of 10), Etsy does not adjust for the 10x weight and shipping charges, nor a seller’s inventory count. Please give greater control to the seller so we can adjust in our shop.

  • Lacking in so many aspects

    Some of the most important things to a seller are not available on the app. It is fine for just “checking” on stuff but functional features that actually make operations easier would be more appreciated. For example, flagging or blocking a buyer that is just letting their thumbs go for a joy ride and asks for a refund/ cancellation a couple hrs later when shop policy says items ship almost right away. Or how about letting seller actually cancel an order from the app instead of having to hop on a desktop. Or how about a real live customer service agent, not some AI-driven useless agent?

    Spend 20 plus minutes writing a ad but it you leave the screen for a second to check a spelling on safari…. The app crashes, you lose all your work, zero draft retention. Zero stars, not one.

  • Old App Features Need to Be Available Again

    Previously, when clicking “MORE” > Switch Account > it shows a list of your accounts (for those who have more than 1 Etsy shop) - it used to have a dot with a number for any of those shops that have an order. Now, I have no idea which shop/s have orders and have to go to each shop, one at the time to find out. It was so much better when you could just look at the list of shops and see right away if you had any orders. Hoping this can be fixed to be like before.? Time is money and busy sellers need this great feature back. 😊 Thanks!

    Always remember to keep your phone number updated I have to start all over since my two step verification is sent to my old number and I tried reaching out and for 5 DAYS I’ve been verifying myself to 6 different people that keep asking me the same questions and they’re the ones who closed down my shop to begin with! They don’t keep notes on someone they’re working with and it’s beyond frustrating. Had to start all over from scratch. Watch out and be mindful

    Literally the app freezes on the "complete order" page when I click "this order doesn't have tracking". FIX ASAP!!
