    The map doesn’t appear anymore? I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, signing out and back in… nothing. All the icons are there, but no map 😢

    So I get the app cuz I’m trying to get a better understanding of the genshin map and get my map full too but I get in the app and I see all of the locations of stuff but I can’t see the map itself people who make this game I see potential but it’s not there for me YET

    the fact that this still has such a high rating is baffling to me. i believe this was once great but now you literally just can't see any of the map. you have the icons but that's it, so it's just rendered pointless. fix ur stuff man

    Every time I try to use a different map it’s just a white background and it never works pls fix this issue because this used to be my favorite guide to find everything in Genshin Impact

    ❗️Mapgenie.io, the website version of the app, has the working map. (Old review) FIXED: Registering to a account will make the map show up. (Old review)As other reviewers have mentioned, the map does not show up. This has been an issue for quite a while now. It used to work fine. This is also an issue only for some devices. Please fix.

    I downloaded the app a while ago, and it has worked fine up till recently. The map no longer shows up on the app at all.

    This app is great it has the exact locations and how/where to het them but as in lately i cant see the map at all. It's all white with icons all over. I have no idea what im looking at.
