Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I dislike that the app logs me out so frequently and it would be a great improvement to be able to add more items without being defaulted to the home menu page…I just want to add the food and checkout.

This is a weird one for me. They just opened a location in my area and… im not sure I get what the hype is about. Firstly the restaurant itself is insanely small. Like we’re talking literally 4 tables around the perimeter inside and then a small weird like communal bar sitting area in the middle so getting a seat inside is pretty much out of the question. The food was unremarkable.. the tenders were smaller than expected but at least came out fresh. The fries are basic store bought frozen crinkle cut and the coleslaw is..there. Got the lemonade too which was very bland. This is also the first fast food app I’ve ever used that does not offer any loyalty points/rewards or any offers to entice people to visit. Not really sure how this place is staying in business but I guess it must be doing something right for someone. Would 110% choose KFC or Popeyes instead in a heartbeat.

I fiddled around with it for 40 min. Apple pay, debit card, debit card through apple pay, just wont go through and give no explanation.

Every time I try and order it comes up with an error message.

Hate. Tried Apple Pay. Didn’t work. Tried putting in my card. Didn’t work. Didn’t let me do the curbside. Why is the app so hard to use?? Still couldn’t get it to work after 30 minutes of trying.

I love ordering on here but I have one problem with the app. I always order butter on both sides on the toast here but unfortunately the app does not offer this option… I’d appreciate if this feature made it to the app eventually.

I login and everything and got ready to order and put my payment information and placed order and took my money and I had to pay for something i was wanting online and never did show up on the register right location and everything if there is a way I can get a refund please let me know.

Service was fast and the staff was very nice. Medina was so helpful and efficient! She was personable and was a great team member! Great service during a busy time!

I have tried continuously to pay via Apple Pay—with active and working means—as a provided payment method and the app continually refuses to accept said payment.
