    The game glitches and you either can’t do things or you lose things. Reaching out to in game support is useless. They do not believe you. And ultimately tell you that you are wrong and the game gave you credit when it didn’t despite you taking a video of the problem. Pictures showing that you haven’t been able to get credit. They still tell you you’re wrong and refuse to give credit. The game developers have gotten very greedy and everything cost a ridiculous amount of energy to try and complete. Most there is no hopes of completing with out coming out of pocket with a lot of actual money and still then they make it impossible. Bc you can’t get all of the credit bc the game glitches and doesn’t give you the opportunity to get the items but won’t let you finish without them. It’s really going down hill fast

  • Keeps getting harder, less fun, more money dependent

    This game used to be much more fun. Now it’s a money pit and if you don’t buy energy or gems you will never finish islands. If you don’t finish islands you can’t do much else, so it becomes pointless. There are a limited number of dragons available that can be upgraded with in-game tokens and they haven’t released a new one in years. All the new dragons require gems to upgrade and the gameplay produces very few compared to the thousands it would take to fully upgrade. There are also other kinds of dragons and tokens that seem to have been discontinued but you can still get the specialized constellation and other tokens for these nonexistent dragons. Lots and lots of this kind of complaint on their Facebook page but they don’t seem to care.

    This game will pull you in, then hold you under water after a while, and you’re left to dry yourself out all by yourself! Support is horrible, the game is expensive because once you spend even $1, you’re doomed for failure and wanting to keep spending so you can advance. They have over 1,000 employees, and 75% of them write these so called wonderful reviews. They have employees posing as “players” to keep an eye on things. Look up “The Uganda House”, that’s where most of your money goes. They make us look like fools, trust me!!!!!

  • INSANE Amounts of Energy

    Played a lot of this game in the past but took a break because I was overwhelmed by how much energy was needed and never being able to complete the limited time islands. I came back after a year and the problem is even worse. Even with the return ink player energy event and other energy events with prizes it will never be enough. A 3000 energy reward is laughable with how quickly you burn through it. This recent event I’ve only made it through 8 of the 12 islands and I swear I’ve used 30,000+

    Great game, I’d love to give it 5 stars, but, one very annoying feature. Every time you load the game, change a map, or run out of energy the game pops up 3 or 4 screens you have to close before you can play the game. Every one of those can be selected by tapping on a screen icon, there is no need to annoy the player with these screens. Leaving a 1 star review and deleting the game, looking for something like this without all the popups

    I have been playing this game for a number of years. Recently was checking my iPhone storage and this app alone takes 20 GB! That is an insane amount of space. Far more than my thousands of pictures.

    The graphics are bright and engaging. The characters are interesting, and the story engaging. There are plenty of clear instructions, making the game easy to follow. So far, I have no complaints.
