    This isn’t a 12+ app, there is an anime category where the sellers sell basically nude photos in very provocative poses. I have no issues with these photos but it isn’t for kids 12 years of age. The seller selection isn’t fit for this category. Apple needs to reevaluate this app.

    I liked this app quite a bit. Many things needed small fixes here or there but they listened for the most part and a lot of people have made a good living on this app. Unfortunately I don’t think I can use it anymore which is saddening. I have found many many many photographs being sold (next to the plants and frogs) of people in extremely lewd poses. I believe sex work is work but believe there is a time and place and this is not the place. How are you going to pander Pokémon cards and plants then women with both sets of lips out? Palmstreet then deleted their content section saying this is not ok so I guess I will go to WhatsApp instead.

    I’ve been using Palmstreet for years. I’ve noticed the givvys have an algorithm for new users and high spenders vs loyalty and return buyers. In over two years, I won maybe 3 times…I watch almost all day and spend a lot. Fix this to make it fair for everyone!!!

    Nothing more than sanctioned scamming happens on this app. If you like getting scammed out of your money and having customer “support” tell you oh well, then this is the app for you.

    I’m a new user and I haven’t purchased anything yet because the platform is so confusing. Every live show is actually a live auction. The items are shown for maybe 20 seconds and then…they’re just gone. There’s no time to think or ask questions and no option to buy later. Also, the video and audio quality on every live I’ve watched has been awful. It can’t be everyone’s streaming device, it has to be something within in the platform. Ans be wary of “giveaways” - you’ll get the item for free and then you’ll be charged for shipping ($15+).

    This Is an horrible app for sellers, the customer wants to steel the money buying your plants and then asking for full refund without sending back the plant.

  • Worst Seller Support I’ve Experienced

    I really wanted to like this platform as a seller, but the customer support is incredibly disappointing. I reached out with a couple of simple yes or no questions, yet the support team (which I suspect is AI) never answered them. Instead, I got irrelevant information that didn’t address my concerns at all. It was frustrating because the answers I needed were straightforward and could’ve been given in seconds. Because of this, I don’t feel comfortable continuing to sell on this site, and I’ll probably remove my listings after posting this review. If support struggles to handle basic questions like mine, I can’t imagine how they would handle more complicated issues. I’ve sold on several platforms since 2017, and this site has the worst customer support and user experience I’ve encountered.
