  • Scammers and ghosted by support

I’ve been a shopper on Palmstreet for nearly 3 years and about 6 months ago became a seller. I highly enjoyed the app but recently the scammers have flooded the app and Palmstreet seems to not care. In less than 48 hours I received over 30 bot messages while listing attempting to make payment off platform. Now I have an order that a customer placed that got fully refunded at 5am even though I already shipped it because the account was flagged for fraud. Without my knowledge Palmstreet cancelled my shipping label, making it impossible for me to reroute my shipped order and refunded the purchase taking the funds and making me lose my product. I reached out to support and am current ghosted by them with zero support. So now I’m out the money and the items and no longer feel comfortable shopping or selling on this app! Be cautious as they seem to only care if you’re making them money, if there’s an issue with an order you are S. O. L.

This app may be good for live selling but if you’re a buyer who likes to browse items this is a terrible experience. There are no easy ways to search for items or filter items by categories or sub types. Only options are by price or listing dates. I will have to stick to other platforms where I can find things more easily without spending hours in the app

I think I will like this app however it is a bit hard to figure out at first. Still trying to figure out how everything works

I’ve loved this app but recently there have been a lot of glitches. I can’t bid in shows since it gets delayed or closes out. Even sellers shows are getting paused or ended randomly.
  • Palmstreet will not protect you.

My actual name which is linked to other social media platforms was used on a Plamstreet live. It’s my opinion they consider themselves not liable for the doxing of personal information. What’s more concerning is; the seller is still selling despite me voicing concerns; she hasn’t missed a show! Incredible. Buyers beware. Good luck. It’s my opinion they’re more interested in her revenue than protecting consumers.

This place has turned into a flea market. From a customer pov to watch sellers attack each other on live is crazy. I’ve watched good sellers be abolished by this app for trying to keep customers safe and aware of bad sellers. Don’t bother with this place unless you want bad service.

Great way to stay in touch with some of the top sellers in the game. The livestreams are always worth it and the giveaways are always neat. There’s something for everyone on this platform from crystals and cool insects to handmade pots and plants.

Palmstreet is great in theory but it needs to hold its sellers to a standard. Every seller has policy that says “once the plant leaves my hands the condition it arrives in isn’t my problem”. It’s ludicrous. If you sell a product then you should be held responsible for it arriving intact. I’ve literally had so many sellers send me plants that were clearly dead before they were even shipped and the seller just says “not my problem, check the policy” I’ve lost hundreds of dollars on dead on arrival plants. I’m a seller on this app and I have a live arrival guarantee, so I know that if you just package it professionally and use priority shipping the plants are always fine. I wouldn’t sell a dead plant and blame the shipping company, but you know what? It’s actually a pretty good idea to not lose money on bad plant care. Why wouldn’t they?
