    I do like the app, yet there are times it doesn’t show when I know I’ve been under stress. It has actually not recorded for a day and I have to restart my phone to make the app work. Hmm… can’t tap the stars. I give this app 3 stars.

    I get really surprised when I look at my levels for the day! Why did it look like the warnings and terrible readings come when I did not feel stressed at all. Ok when I feel warm and snug in bed the heat is causing some alarming reactions! Now if I wake up comfy I take off the quilt! But wait sometimes when I’m all snug I get nice average or better readings. I get mostly the same your doing good yada, yada messages. I wish there was a way to ask a question. Is this just being repeated word for word by a machine going hit # 2 she is ok. What about when everything looks good but I feel very stressed out.

    This app looks very promising! A bit misleading stating "if you choose Premium"... You MUST begin a short (7 days currently) paid trial subscription to continue even opening the app, and only after initial, complete setup. I'm always quite reluctant to agree to pay in advance for any app I cannot even see how it's working, having to try and cancel in time if I choose not to continue. And it isn't cheap imo at ~$70/year, almost $6/month.

    I use this app for stress management- as someone who has suffered from illnesses with pain making stress the forefront of my day. This app helps me manage the day I’m going to have, based off the assessment from from prior days trends. Honestly the app is always on point when I’m not feeling well. It will tell me what type of workout my body can handle and how many steps I should take based off my 7 day trend, sleep assessment, movement etc. I love this app!

    I left a previous review and I don’t know how it disappeared but the app developers read my review and updated the app to make it alert more and be more accurate and the app is great and I will happily pay for it every year as it does reflect how I feel when I get the alerts or when I check it versus the other apps that I’ve used that do not match how I feel so this is the best app that I have tried yet, thank you developers for reading my message and fixing the issue of two alerts on the Apple Watch!
