The application is playing a crucial role in our combined fight against COVID-19 and now, has evolved as the National Health application to serve the people of India in an exemplary way. The application has come up with an intuitive User Interface and comprehensive features such as ABHA (Health ID) creation, discovery & linking of health records to enable longitudinal digital health records, Simplified Consent Management for sharing these records, and a Seamless Search feature to find Nearby Hospitals, Labs and Blood Banks.

    App assumes country code is +91 ( India) by default on phones and when changed ( e.g. to +1 ) and proceeded to set up it says sent OTP but that never really get delivered to the phone. So this doesn’t work on Non-Indian phone numbers?

    App is mandatory for travel but cannot document any vaccine other than covaxine. App does not work for NRIs who have got vaccine outside India. Even OTP does not work for foreign mobile numbers. Totally useless for NRIs but still required everywhere...doesn't make sense.

    The e-suvidha portal mentions clearly that international passengers arriving in India must install the Aarogya Setu app. That is how I got here. On opening the app soon after installation, you are prompted to enter a phone number to receive an OTP. The app allows you to change the international code. After the entering the number, you are left wondering if you will ever receive the code within the 30 second timer which seems to work splendidly. Alas you never receive that code. Basic functionality bug: either fix the app so you support international numbers or disallow changing the international country code by fixing it to India.

  • Issue with add beneficiary

    While adding a new beneficiary the page is not responsive. The option to select the photo I’d is not working, the add button is not working. Adding a new beneficiary is not possible.
