    Title says it. Super annoying. You signed up for the free trial and then cancel it and they still charge you for the annual membership. Of course there's no customer service number to reach out to you and you have to go through Apple's system and just cross your fingers that they'll feel sorry for you.

    Very nice work! Meco app is my favorite for reading newsletters. However, there is an annoying issue with it. All Meco push notifications disappear when just tap one. 1. Iphone 14 plus 2. iOS 18.1.1 3. Meco v5.6.0

  • Won’t run on iPhone

    I’ve been using Meco four a while now and I liked it so I paid for a subscription. In the last few days, Meco won’t open on my phone (iPhone 15 running 18.2.1), as it crashes every time I open it. I wrote to tech support but didn’t get a reply, which is disappointing because In the past, tech support would answer messages pretty quickly. Anyway, if I can’t use it on my iPhone, I’ll give it up, though it still runs on my iPad.

    I subscribed so my daily news sources would all be in one place, but they always take several minutes to load and the app crashes often.

    Great in concept but doesn’t really make it easier to get through my newsletters mainly because it crashes/closes regularly. The app remains visible in the app switcher it just exits out to the Home Screen. Way too frequently.

    Performance of the app matters a lot for reading and it’s slow for my taste. Otherwise good concept. I have high hopes. Update: I am improving my rating because the team and customer support is very good. They keep following up and try to help. Give the app a try.

    I dreamed of an app like this during the newsletter explosion over the last few years, so I’m really happy to be onboard and clear out my inbox while still reading all the newsletters I care about.

  • Gmail connection

    With the last update I have to reconnect gmail each time I open the app. I followed the instructions in the FAQ and contacted support. Sent 2 emails and never heard back. I like the app but support needs to be responsive to paid users.
