Description

Newly added: Sky background, a new WatchOS 10 app with Smart Stack widgets, native mac app, rain & snow alerts and vertical (in a Dark Sky app style) layout option. Weathergraph is a beautiful visual hourly weather widget and forecast for Watch, iPhone, iPad, and Mac, with the Apple Watch app, watchface complications and weather alerts. Powered by Apple Weather, Foreca, Pirate Weather (aggregating NOAA's HRRR, GFS and GEFS), Open-Meteo, and yr.no/met.no. It shows: - Nowcast (real-time rain & snow forecast updated every 30 minutes – PRO only) - Rain & snow alerts based on nowcast data (PRO) - Hour-by-hour temperature (main colorful line) - Hour-by-hour precipitation — rain, and snow (blue chart) - Hour-by-hour cloudiness (cloud cover) and sunshine (clouds on top + sun rays) - Hour-by-hour wind speed (red line) and direction (red arrows) - Hour-by-hour precipitation or dew point (dotted line) - Hour-by-hour atmospheric pressure, absolute, or rate of change (purple line or arrows) - Hour-by-hour UV index (rainbow dashes) - Real day/night (sky color) - Daily temperature minimum and maximum (overlaid above chart) - Actual temperature and place (on the top) - Sunrise and sunset times Hikers, runners, bikers, kite surfers, pilots, and many outdoor enthusiasts around the world love the at-glance readability, customizability, and reliability. Weathergraph is offline capable. The app caches the last acquired forecast for up to 24 hours, allowing you to hike or run outside the network (or go running or biking with a wifi-only Apple Watch) and still see the most recently fetched data. The data refreshes automatically once a connection is available. The hourly forecast is updated every hour, nowcast and rain alerts update every 30 minutes. If rain or snow is expected during the next 3 hours, you will get a notice on a widget (iPhone, iPad & Mac), a large complication (Watch), and a detailed 3-hour precipitation chart in the app. Nowcast and alerts are powered by Foreca and depend on the precision of rain radars in your area. Weathegraph cares about your privacy. No ads, no tracking, and no sharing of locations with third parties. This is how I want all the apps on my phone & watch to behave. You can unlock professional Apple Weather, Foreca, Open-Meteo, and Dark Sky forecast sources, weather alerts, nowcast, and all styles and options via a reasonably priced subscription, which covers the cost of data and allows me to further improve Weathergraph. One-time Weathergraph Forever unlock is also available. Thank you for your support! If you liked Dark Sky, Weather Line, Weathertron, or Weather Strip, then Weathergraph might be the best replacement :). Privacy policy and terms of use: https://weathergraph.app/privacy Please note: Subscriptions made on Apple devices will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will not be able to cancel once activated. Manage or turn off your subscriptions in App Store app > Account > Subscriptions.

  • Only current location weather

I would love to upgrade to a paid version but there is no option to see weather for anywhere but your current location. I mainly need a weather app for travel. I did ask the developer a year or so ago via email about other location support but never heard back. Now I can’t get past the upgrade to paid screen so I needed to delete it anyway. I tried reinstalling but same issue. I will check back in the future to see if I am able to use it. The privacy policy is not bad and I want to support an independent developer. If you need only weather for your current location you should check it out, it’s detailed and information is well presented.
  • Like it but no radar!

I really like the layout and simplicity but it is overpriced for not having built in radar. The NWS radar page is trash. I won’t pay for something that does not have radar.
  • Already overpriced, just raised again

You can’t even use the app without paying or starting a trial.
  • Just awesome.

This app has everything weather related that you could possibly ever want to help you hunt, fish, or boat. In fact the only drawback to this app is that it has too much information to choose from. Kudos the developer.
  • Annoying subscription screen

which is unable to close. I know you are planning to change this, at least make a close button. Then I'll be happy to change my rating.
  • An amazing weather app on all my devices!

I have tried a lot of weather apps over the years and each has its pros/cons. That is true of this app as well, but it is still my go to weather app for general weather information at the moment. I rarely find an app so well put together with the majority of the features I need so well presented. It works on every one of my devices and provides a great and adapted experience on each. Although the app lacks a few features found in other weather apps (e.g., random locations, weather alerts, pollen counts, etc.), the app is regularly updated and it would not surprise me to see these show up at some point. If you are looking for a daily weather app with accurate data, I would suggest you try this app. I doubt you would be disappointed.
  • Stop looking…

… I have gone through virtually every other available weather app and been disappointed on multiple levels. This is the only one I need- it has everything including customization. Accuracy is excellent. Subscription is a little higher than most but you get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny. Cudos to the developer!
  • Even if you don’t love weather, you will love this app

This app offers so many really cool visuals and options; it’s a weather junkie’s dream. It’s also a really pretty interface that puts all the forecast information in a very easy to see and understand. The widget is well done and it’s on my main phone screen. It also translates to a nice set of options on an Apple Watch, if you have one. There are bright and busy and calm and simple display options. It’s also amazing to have all the weather shown on one graphic. If you don’t want the graphic, you can choose a clean list of hourly forecast info.
  • Full screen unclosable ads demanding you buy subscription

1 STAR OVERALL It uses full screen, UNCLOSABLE popup ads demanding buy subscription. Happens every 2-3x I open app. Makes it unusable...because it is...you literally can't use the app unless you buy the subscription. What a manipulative developer claiming there is anything "free" here.
  • Love it

This app is fantastic. Fills the void left by both weatherline and dark sky both being nuked from orbit, and then surpasses both of them with fantastic watch apps and complications. Such a great developer and app!
