    I’ve been vegan before and the only thing that made me give it up was just trying to find recipes and options to help with variety. With this app—-I have it all now! I love the recipes in the planner but even better I canNOT live without the grocery shopping list now! You thought of everything and your chefs are the BEST! Thanks for saving my life one meal at a time.

    Customer support for me has been non existent! The APP never registered my payment and I’ve spent all week trying to get customer support. I’ve sent 3 different messages and none have been responded to. Please respond so I can start using the APP…. This is so frustrating!

    Just a note - when someone clicks to sign up for a subscription, the calculated weekly cost and estimated savings of an annual subscription are not accurate. Great app!
  • Great planner app; feature doesn't work

    It's been a couple months. I'm back to take a star off because the "favorite" recipe feature doesn't work in the app. The app itself is great, but there are so many recipes that if you can't build a reliable list of "crowd favorites", it's hard to keep the family engaged. Update: the "favorite" receipt feature now works in the app. Next buttons that exists, but does not work in the app: print! The button, it does nothing.

    I love this app. So easy to use. However, it keeps telling me to update the app but no matter how many times I press the ‘update now’ button it does absolutely nada. I tried closing it and reopening it. I tried closing it and opening it from the App Store. Still nothing. So my last effort will be offloading the app altogether and re-downloading it. What a pain… if it works. Did not work! Now what

    I’m not able to zoom in on the ingredients list. There’s no reviews or pictures made by previous people who’ve made the dish. Even allrecipe has these features and their basic.

    This app once was amazing, until it wasn’t! I regrettably purchased the year in advance. Zero of the tools work anymore. I cannot save recipes as favorites. I cannot print recipes, I cannot export recipe to MyFitnessPal. I have been a longtime customer who prepaid for a service that can’t seem to fulfill. Hope FOK fixes this

    As a former bodybuilder and meal prepper, I was anxious about transitioning to plant-based diets. This app made it surprisingly easy. The grocery list is helpful. The fact that you can sync it to Amazon fresh and have it delivered is very convenient. The recipes are spot on and more often than not delicious. If I could give one idea for improvement, as someone who counts macro nutrients, it would be to add the macro nutrient details to the Plan section above each day list of meals (protein, carb, fat). It is a bit tedious to calculate the macros by hand but it would be helpful for people like me who struggle to get their total daily requirement with 3 meals.

    I am unable to favorite recipes from any point in the app. The heart doesn’t keep its active state. I cannot print (url not found) recipes. Search is awful. I can put in the exact name of a recipe from a previous week and it will not appear in the search results. I wish I could change the portions… even if I change the number of servings in my settings, the servings are still 4-6 per recipe. Which is still waaaay too much for a single person eating all week. Additionally, an excellent feature would be to search using ingredients, but the basics of search need to be fixed first.
