Description

A LEAGUE OF LEGENDS™ ROGUELITE ADVENTURE Runeterra calls! Choose your champion and pick your path to power: a single-player roguelite romp through the world of League of Legends and Arcane, or a ranked card battler where strategy reigns supreme. Unlock and level up dozens of characters in a hand-crafted love letter to fans of hero collectors and card games alike. THE STORY SO FAR From the back alleys of Zaun to celestial Mt. Targon, forces small and large threaten to forever shift the balance of power—if not unravel the world itself! Star-forging dragon Aurelion Sol plots his cataclysmic revenge, while Lissandra, an even greater menace, lurks in the frozen north. Only champions of Runeterra can follow the path that has been set—alone or as one—with YOU at the helm. CHOOSE YOUR CHAMPION Play as Jinx, Warwick, Caitlyn, Vi, Ambessa, or any of a growing cast of 65+ champions. The many legends of League are yours to collect, evolve, and master as you traverse the map of Runeterra. Each champion brings unique, awe-inspiring powers and loyal followers to the fray. Whether you freeze your opponents where they stand (Ashe), plant fungal surprises for sneaky victories (Teemo), build an elaborate combo engine for a spectacular finish (Heimerdinger), no two champions play the same. ADAPT & EVOLVE Every run is a canvas for your creativity, offering new cards, powers, and relics to augment your strategy and topple menacing foes. But choose wisely! Challenges increase in difficulty over the course of a run, and from one World Adventure to the next. Each champion can be upgraded with Star Powers—permanent augments you can unlock between runs. Completing a champion’s Constellation yields immense power—and all new strategies—for you to command. TOPPLE MIGHTY FOES Test your mettle against iconic villains in World Adventures and Weekly Nightmares that set the stage for your spectacular displays of strategy and skill. Beating the odds against the likes of Lissandra and Aurelion Sol will take experimentation, ingenuity, and maybe a touch of luck. Of course, the tougher the opponent, the sweeter the victory—and the richer the rewards! UNCOVER NEW LEGENDS Delve into the deep lore and rich, ever-expanding universe treasured by players of League of Legends and fans of the Emmy-winning series Arcane. With exclusive characters, story-driven adventures, breathtaking card art, and a staggering cast of new and familiar faces, there’s no better way to experience the breadth and depth of Runeterra.

  • Free to play friendly

This game is one of the most free to play card games to exist, if you like hearthstone solo adventures the path to champions section is the place for you. Small player base can make ranked and PvP modes stale as you will encounter the same players multiple times in a session. I have played off and on for years, and I still have not maxed out my account. Near endless progression and replay ability

So much time spent getting the direction right
  • Great Game, Stupid Flaws

The game has great PvE elements in their Path of Champions, but they have absurd minibosses. Jubilant Porro and Shipwreck hoarder are both stupid, either being completely dependent on you having very specific deck composition or just gambling and hoping they don’t draw 1 of the several instant win cards they have.

I think if a company wants to make money it should make fixing the p2p bug a priority. Path of Campions Cosmic Blessing x10 being broken for as long as it has right after paying for them is amazing.

Really don’t understand how Irelia and azir are still an issue after all this time. It’s disgusting, unbalanced, unfun. Guess I’ll delete

I don’t understand if the most part of the community is asking for the pvp and we are willing to pay for the battle pass in new content in pvp, why are you still giving support only to the pve that nobody likes?

I come back to lor once or twice a year and usually drop $20/yr on battle pass or whatever. The game is solid and I only open with my spending because this game hands down gives you the most bang for your buck. $8 for the seasons battle pass is always a massive power boost. As for gameplay - the solo mode is fun and rewarding and feels super chill. Lots of gimmicks to learn but it introduces you to them all in the perfect ways and at the perfect pace. Can literally pick up and have a last for the first hour, or come back after 100 hours and a 1 year break and still have exactly the same amount of fun. Hope this game stays around forever 👍👍
