    This has to be the worst restaurant app I’ve used. It doesn’t even let me log in. Tried all login options, tried resetting password, tried deleting and reinstalling, nothing works. Guess I’ll just get the occasional smoothie and forgo any perks.

    I just downloaded the app wanted to look at the menu and it shows the smoothie and bowls etc. but my problem is when I press smoothie it takes me place order without allowing me to see what type of smoothie I like to order. I tried the other selections and the same thing. So why would I order something if it's not what I'm looking for. This doesn't make sense. And I thought I would save time by ordering on line was I fooled Nov 8 I tried to do an order online app and after I selected what I wanted and tried to checkout I was not allowed to I tried to contact app support but that was no good

    Just discovered a new update where they limit the customizations you can make on an order. I used to order the same wrap every day because I work next door to a location. But now I physically cant. You can only do three removals/exchanges. And an upcharge for every addition. Which that part alone is fine, but both? Like I would pay an upcharge to do additional removals/exchanges because I get it it’s inconvenient I’m willing to pay for the effort. Plus some extra money can be made from people that want the customizations. But I can’t even have the option anymore? It’s physically impossible to order the wrap I liked now. Absolute bummer because the closest compromise I can make isn’t nearly as good at all. Can see them losing a lot of loyal customers this way.

    Second time I’m ordering from an email offering of $0- delivery yet when you go to check out, it’s charging $3.99 delivery fee! Be careful. I will have to find the phone number to the store and ask. Not customer friendly.

    I love the points system and you always get free things and little special deals with the app. I had one issue with someone hacking my account and using my rewards and customer service was quick and refunded all my points and reset my password.
