i have lost 5 accounts now and whenever i tried to get help, i have the unfortune of dealing with shibuya whom always takes long but nowadays im not even getting that privilege anymore. im on the verge of losing an alt account of mine that i spent 20$ on because of the agent shibuya. this is a complaint. im sick of being treated like a nuisance when im a paying customer

You take to much storage like over 5GB. PLEASE LOWER IT DOWN

Unfortunately, if you didn’t start 5 years ago, you might as well as never start at all. The game is cut-throat and unwelcoming to new players. I’ve had the game for a few months and definitely dropped some money on it. Still, I’m beyond dry on resources barely even able to clear these simple events having to spend half a day on the last map. I should NOT have to spend half a day playing an auto gacha. As my d1 whale friend describes it, “it’s f2p, it’s just time gated” and that time was 5 years ago. You’re going to miss out on every collab and event limited rewards and the game difficulty is specifically adjusted to people who have been playing for years as you feel the limits of your levels and selection operators slowly closing in around your throat. This game is a nightmare for new players. Words cannot describe how far back you’ll be set if you don’t spend money (and still not catch up) as a new player. You will never catch up. NEVER. If only they had more than 5iq and forgot about their hate for new players, then maybe they’d say “oh, we should make a catch up system! It won’t completely catch them up, but it will make new players feel as though it’s easy to jump into the game!” To add onto that, all the IS modes are literally impossible. Constantly never clearing the normal mode, spending hours just to fail and only gain 1/150 levels when there’s currently FOUR permanent modes. How many hundreds of hours do you want us to spend on this stupid stuff?? WE SHOULDNT BE SPENDING HUNDREDS OF HOURS ON A SINGLE MODE IN A GACHA GAME! You are out of your mind. You literally want to see us suffer. They even had a recent update and after they updated the game and the servers were up for an hour then down for 12! No one on NA could log in and they had the audacity to say “it has come to our attention some players couldn’t log in.” Bruh. Brushed it off and sent a tiny compensation in the mail. And do not be ignorant and tell me to email you guys for suggestions. If you can’t take any feedback from this, a literal review, then you truly do have freezer temp iq.

Played plenty of gacha games. Arknights is the one that consistently listens to their player base, coming out with QoL changes I didn’t know we needed. F2P friendly. Fun game. Best game.

Arknights is a game that was fun to play but had some tedious parts but these new updates have fixed them all. This team takes feedback well and does their best to make changes to their game. Thus new players get a easier time and old players get their happy ending!! I respect these teams who work on arknights as they make this game enjoyable and amazing!!

I have played a LOT of gacha games, and this one is by far my favorite. There is real strategy. Cheap characters can win any level with enough practice. This is the real deal; gorgeous graphics, tower defense … I’m in love !

Ive been playing since launch, the characters are cool and the music is amazing. I like how every event is different and not some random minigame

I can't stay for so long with other gacha games. But Arknights is just so spectacular. It's like a masterpiece although not being so famous. Hope everyone will give this great game a try❤️ At first I didn't expect it to be this nice. But this amazing journey and story really changes my mind. Send love to all Dokutahs💞
