Jon at crm just gave me the best customer service of my life ever the time an patience he spent helping me log back in a new phone I’m not a computer person. I’m at a loss for words because I have never in my life had anyone do for me what he just did I’m in awe if I didn’t experience it I don’t know if I would believe it if someone told me. The product is great 5 stars the customer service is 10 stars that’s the only way I can explain it thx thx thx thx!!!!!!!!!

Zero stars they charge you for nothing this app the only good thing is the pictures but never give you the exact part that you need.

Even when I asked to double check I have some bad experiences with wrong parts.

Unfortunately, we’ve had the wrong part come back from this company and it totally wrecks our day. That’s money in the toilet and we pay for the monthly prescription. Their customer service is awful, too. On top of that, there are glitches galore. I’ve waited days for part verification to come back. Good luck trying to contact them about anything.

This used to be a really good app to look up part#’s using the vin. The response time was quick and accurate. I never had to worry that it could be a wrong answer I’m getting back. Unfortunately, not only is the response time really not convenient or conducive when you are trying to get a quote to a customer quickly, but the part# is not as accurate as it used to be. This is very frustrating when you are counting on the answer to be double checked with human eyes. Of course, that’s why I’m paying for this service every month, right? Otherwise- why not just call the dealer and get a 100% correct part# and do the work myself? It is also impossible to respond to the emails they send as a “reply to” gets automatically sent to your own email and there seems to be no “contact us” button.

I’ve been doing auto glass for 20 years. Since I’ve started my own business the hardest part is finding the correct windshield for the newer cars and trucks. This app has been flawless! Definitely the best tool so far in the industry. Buy it!!! You won’t regret it!!

We used to call the dealer for every single part that we were not exactly sure what window the car would have. Especially having so many options on the windshields now. This has saved us countless hours calling back and forth to the dealers. Not every single part is right but out of the 100 I have looked up I have only had issues with 2 parts. And they were both resolved. Seriously the guy Johnathan who made this is a genius! This is the Auto Glass Industry Secret Weapon!
