    I’ve been playing this game for years. Finally got 10,000 coin to redeem. Traded it in for XYO and it was worth 322.0000XYO. I just got an email saying that is worth $4.07. I did give them two stars instead of one because I got a new phone and couldn’t remember the app so I didn’t play it for a while. I contacted customer service and they restored my expired coins.

    Ive been waiting almost a month now for two separate redemptions for XYO. One for 10k coins and another for 50k coins. Both have been approved so I cannot cancel them at this point. The first time I emailed customer service they said it was an issue with Coinbase and they would resolve it by the end of the week. That was two weeks ago and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I even submitted a second ticket for updates after replying in the original thread twice. I’m considering cancelling my premium if no one is going to respond. I would expect this from Fisker but not CoinApp support.

    There’s a lot of people that live in my house and they thought we were setting up multiple trail profiles. So they banned us and are not willing to work with us. Just said it’s final. Their not willing to give us back access to the app. They do not care for families! They are just about making money for themselves. Oh and a couple of us had the pro subscription when the ban went into affect

    Interesting game to earn what they call coin which can be transferred into real money or objects. It is complex, which makes it interesting. If you are a game player, this one will be a lot of fun for you.

    I have a redemption from almost a month ago, it says within 7 days you would receive the payment. It’s been 20 days.

    Rewards are low but eventually add up with little effort if walking. App is wonky though and often resets when counting steps or doesn’t give you you earned drop or doesn’t sometimes count your steps.

    I converted 20000 points for XYO crypto it’s been almost a month and still haven’t received it. I submitted a ticket and I am getting no where and unhelpful responses. Can’t get a refund can’t get my redemption. Waste of my time.
