    I don’t know how they have a 4.5 star rating. First off the jobs are at least 8 miles away from your target location. Secondly, they charge clients up to $400 for assembly but your cut is $30-60 for 2-4 hours of assembly which includes heavy lifting and you have to dispose of the garbage. There’s plenty more wrong with the way they conduct business, do some research before you give this company your time. Do better Wayfair. Such a predatory company.

    They do not pay you what they advertise. You have to pay gas, tools they don’t tell you that you need, ect. They pay you on the job type not how many parts there are. This you can get paid $40 for a 8 hour job. If you don’t check in right you won’t get paid the extra and even if you do they put it under review for how long it took, even though you took no breaks and went as fast as you could. People do not too you because they think you work for Wayfair and there is nothing in the process for them to do electricity. Many of the products have defects and do not come together correctly. Many people get the wrong things. Wayfair not fair, run. I’d short there stock honestly. Terrible Illuminati company. Walmart furniture is honestly better and more affordable sadly. This type of furniture falls apart in a few years is what most people don’t realize sadly. You get what you pay for.

    It’s just unreasonable to punish your workers that work off of an app that has so many flaws with it. There’s been a handful of times now that I’ve been fined and even put on probation for situations that were out of my control that were due to problems within the app. As it is the pay for doing the jobs is hardly worth the time to do them especially when we apparently make the difference between a unhappy customer and a satisfied returning one (the reason I was told for such harsh fines/punishment) but then to fine us an amount with an amount almost equal to most the job payouts is just ridiculous. Make the app FLAWLESS and then it will make us receiving all the blame justifiably 👍🏽

    We went from Wayfair service pros to Wayfair service slaves with the task addition of moving customers items before assembling them. Increased workload without any pay increase is inhumane. Assembly can be quite complex, involving various intricacies, and adding moving services places an additional strain on professionals. They further insult people’s intelligence by dodging the real issues and the supervisors hide behind emails!
