    subscribed to the weekly of $5 under apple pay. I reached out to cancel it and get sent the link to sign in with my account and never receive anything. I’ve sent emails back trying to get help to cancel and still don’t receive anything.

    I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription. I have contacted them many times and they haven’t responded. This is a scam.

    Opted for the free trial, then tried to cancel prior to the seven day window THREE TIMES with no success. The only way to cancel if you use anything other than appleID is for them to “send a link to your email” that never - and I mean never - appears. I explained this all via their contact form, and their response was to send me to the same page to put in my email to “send a link.” When I forwarded all of our previous emails back to customer support explaining again that it doesn’t work, they just stopped emailing me back. I’m going to have to dispute the charges with my bank. I’ve never had to do anything like this before! Crazy!

    Once you subscribe, I hope you want to pay for it forever. The support email is useless. I had to turn my entire card off for it to stop charging me. Absolutely do not recommend

    I like how detailed everything is, and I would love to see a system set in place to be able to earn gems instead of exclusively having to buy them to have access to more than just a daily tarot pull and maybe a few extra things. I get you guys have to make money somehow but I think most people right now don’t have the disposable income to justify buying a subscription + a bunch of gems for an astrology/tarot app. Still love the app and like my daily tarot pull tho xoxo

    So I got this app because I saw the rating of it and the ad and I thought “hmm..maybe it’s real” then when I downloaded and clicked the soulmate it didn’t like me see it unless I payed for it! And of course I didn’t do it and then I deleted it

  • Doesn’t let you cancel

    I subscribed thinking it was 1. a regular subscription through apple and 2. A trial, then realized I was already charged so I tried to cancel went to the “manage account” and it had me enter my email, then it made me link my device and from then on it keeps going in circles. I’ve reached out to support and they just resent the same website that pops up when you go to “manage account.” I was charged through Apple Pay and there’s no way to see a receipt through email or any way to view my subscription plan.

    As soon as you make any purchase they will begin charging your card for a subscription even if you cancel/delete the app. They don’t respond properly either. Reporting to FTC for scam

    Half the time when I ask the AI a question in the tarot option it will pull a card and not explain at all, it will have the 3 dots and then just say nothing, or if it does and I ask a question after it doesn’t reply.
