Been using the app for 6 months. Now, suddenly I’m logged out, have tried every password, but it says incorrect password every time. Now my sats are in limbo because there’s no support.

It’s clearly rigged. The higher you bet, the more likely you’re gonna lose. How tell me how I lost 9 times in a row. It just doesn’t make any sense. Which if calculated right is 1/512. It’s clearly rigged. But over all it’s a well made platform not any huge red flags and I really do believe this does payout. Just need to be really really lucky.
  • This game is rigged

Just stopping by to update my review so it reaches the top of the new ones. The games are rigged. Plain and simple. Don’t believe me? Go play some. Play “dice”. Set the odds so you have a 95% chance of winning. I guarantee you that you will lose. If you write in to the devs they will insist every game is “fair”. I wouldn’t recommend downloading this app. Waste of time and it gets your hopes up thinking you can cash out big. You can’t.
  • I'd give it 0 star if I could

The Ember app markets itself as a fun way to earn Bitcoin through games, surveys, and crypto tournaments, but my experience with it has been marred by significant account-related issues that make it a risky choice for users. While the app’s concept is appealing—earning satoshis (small fractions of Bitcoin) through daily taps, predictions, or mini-games—the execution falls short, particularly when it comes to account management and reliability. One of the biggest problems with Ember is how messy things get if you lose access to your account. For instance, if you switch devices or accidentally log out, recovering your account can be a nightmare. The app often requires phone verification via WhatsApp, but many users, including myself, have reported never receiving the verification code, leaving accounts locked and funds inaccessible. Even worse, attempting multiple logins can trigger a “FRAUD DETECTED” warning, resulting in account suspension without clear recourse. I’ve seen complaints about balances mysteriously dropping or disappearing entirely, with no transparent explanation from the app. Customer support, often described as AI-driven or unresponsive, doesn’t help resolve these issues effectively, leaving users frustrated and potentially out of pocket. For an app that encourages you to invest time (and sometimes money) to earn satoshis, this lack of reliability is a dealbreaker. Additionally, Ember’s withdrawal process is cumbersome. You’re required to play games to “unlock” a portion of your earnings, which feels like a deliberate hurdle to discourage cashing out. The games themselves are often criticized as rigged, with users reporting unexpected losses or wagers placed without their consent. Withdrawals are restricted to specific windows (the last two weeks of the month), have a minimum threshold of 10,000 satoshis (roughly $8.50 USD), and come with a $2 fee, which eats into already modest earnings. These restrictions, combined with reports of delayed or failed withdrawals, make the app feel more like a gamble than a reliable earning platform. In contrast, I’ve found the ZBD wallet to be a much better option, especially for game testing. ZBD is a non-custodial crypto wallet that prioritizes simplicity and security, allowing seamless integration with multiple devices without the fear of losing access due to verification issues. Unlike Ember, ZBD doesn’t force you to gamble your earnings to withdraw them, and its earning model—through daily polls, watching ads, or game integrations—feels more straightforward. For game testing, ZBD’s flexibility across platforms and lack of restrictive withdrawal conditions make it a smoother experience. Plus, its recovery model, using advanced cryptography like 3FA with FaceLock, ensures you can regain access to your wallet without the chaos I’ve encountered with Ember. While Ember’s idea of gamifying Bitcoin earning is intriguing, the account management issues, unreliable customer support, and manipulative withdrawal requirements make it a risky choice. For those looking to earn crypto through game testing or other passive methods, I strongly recommend sticking with the ZBD wallet. It’s more user-friendly, transparent, and doesn’t leave you feeling like you’re fighting the app to access your own earnings.
