    I am very dissatisfied with this app, the setup, and the lack of customer support. I am locked into a one year subscription and feel completely ripped off. Buyer beware!

    The app worked perfectly fine for me prior to the latest update. Ever since the update the app will no longer provide me with call or text logs.

    What I like most is how many social media apps FamiSafe works with. My daughter is always bouncing between Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and messaging apps, and I don’t speak their language. I have a busy job, so it’s hard to keep up with everything. When I first started using FamiSafe, I was skeptical, but now I don’t worry about missing anything anymore because FamiSafe monitors it for me and keeps me updated. I don't need to read every message, the report cover pretty much everything I need to know. Very helpful.

    We tried other parental control apps first, and it was honestly frustrating. Setup took forever, devices wouldn’t sync, random school apps got blocked, and it was expensive. We couldn’t even fully delete it. Then we switched to FamiSafe, and honestly, it’s the best one we’ve tried so far. Setting up parent and child accounts was quick, and everything worked right away. My kid can use other apps with no issues. The app keeps me updated all the time, doesn’t crash, and there’s no rocket science. I would definitely recommend it to other parents.

    I chose this app because it’s a well-established brand, which gave me confidence to try it. I’ve used several parental control apps before, but I wanted something simple and effective, especially since I don’t want to spend more money on a new phone for my daughter until she’s older. After giving it a try, I’m genuinely impressed. It’s more affordable than other big brands and does exactly what it promises. It supports more social apps than I expected, and I even tried visiting some sensitive websites on purpose, and my phone received alerts right away! Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

    What I like the most about this app is the screen time report. The design is simple and clean, and easy to check without confusing charts. My son is hooked on video games and social media, and I needed a tool to help manage this. Trust me, just blocking everything is not helpful to your relationship with your kid and can make things more complicated. FamiSafe daily report shows me my son’s screen time, app usage, and real-time locations. I can actually spot patterns in his phone habits. It gives me real data to sit down and have a calm, fact-based talk with him, letting him see the issue for himself. The report is clear, easy to read. It helps us set healthier boundaries.

    This app is so meaningless and just so stupid. If any parents will trust their kids they would not use this app. This is a nightmare. It damages your phone also and they literally control everything. I mean listen, if you’re gonna ground me just take my phone. You don’t have to block me for every stupid thing that happens. I hate this app. I have no privacy and no trust. This is for kids who are immature and not well educated enough to have a phone. I’m gonna burn this app when I grow up you’ll see.

    This app hasn’t worked for me. It doesn’t send me an email so that I can verify the account. I’ve checked my junk mail, I’ve refreshed. All the things and can’t get this app to work properly. I paid for the year and so far am very disappointed. I also can’t get ahold of anyone to help!
