    Does it cover most major volleyball leagues? Yes. My issue, however, lies in the fact that the service is limited to whichever device you made the subscription on? I genuinely do not understand that reasoning or thought process, if any, behind this. What difference does it make if I’m watching it on my phone, laptop, or tv? Especially if I’m paying practically $20/month?? At least let me enjoy what I’m spending my money on how I want to.

    I just purchased a monthly subscription and it’s not registering that I did so in the app. I received a confirmation email that I purchased the subscription. I try to restore the subscription and it says it is unable to restore each time. I want a solution or a refund.

  • Watch out - no notification on auto renewals!

    Extremely disappointed with VBTV. They do NOT notify you of upcoming auto renewals. I contacted them the same day and they would not refund me even though I explained I was having major health issues.

  • Pick a Plan

    Paid for a subscription. Now, when I log in and attempt to view a game, the app asks me to pick a plan and I cannot get any further. The subscription was charged to my card and I have a confirmation email. Submitted a ticket, and I have only received an automated reply. Multiple emails responding to that email have gone unanswered. Terrible customer service.

    Forced to give it a 1 star. Used it it the past with no problems. This year they have taken my money, it shows a 1 year plan under my subscriptions, the charge has been successfully made to my credit card, yet I’m unable to watch anything. Every time I try to watch something it takes me back to pick a plan. Tech support is almost nonexistent, being just a loop back bot with no live person support. Very unfortunate I now have to report this as fraud to my credit card. Thank you…

    New video player does not allow scrubbing on the website. New streams are like 6-7hr long videos which doesnt allow forwarding easily. Hard to find replays

    Keeps locking me out after 1 minute into watching promoting to purchase the app again. Even after purchasing it keeps doing the same. Waste of money!

  • No english commentary for Replays

    I’ve emailed them regarding this matter a few times. There’s no way to access the english commentary on the italian league unless you watch it live. If I go back to watch the same game after a few hours, it goes back to just italian commentary. Audio setting options only say “default/untitled/untitled [2]” and whatever you select it always just goes back to default/italian. It gets pretty frustrating since I’ve already paid over $150+ USD for the subscription and the app is still lacking. They used to just upload replays w/ different language commentary separately and I’ve pointed this out to them as well on my emails. I hope they can get this fixed asap since it looks like they have a lot of subscribers paying for this app.
