    Rewind & fast-forward features are super laggy. You would think for being the only platform to have most of these games, there would at least be functionality to make it worth it. Feels like a scam with how poor the video player is in app. Actually not worth the money and I’ll cancel premium as fast as possible once VNL ends for the year.

    VBTV finally figured out my subscription. The restore of subscription finally worked tonight, of course after the start of week 2, however I have changed my star rating to reflect that things are now working. [ Jun25. I too have issue with my subscription. I have an active Apple subscription but every time I go to watch something in the app, it takes me to the purchase screen, I try to restore my purchase and I get a general error code. Very frustrating. I contacted support and received a sorry not our problem since it is a third party payment. Buyer beware!]

  • Paid for subscription, unable to watch the games

    I paid for the one month subscription in order to watch Brasil games. After receiving a receipt from Apple I knew that the payment had gone through so I should be able to watch. When I log into the app I have no issues accessing my account. When I select a game I want to watch the app then prompts me to pick a subscription plan despite already paying for one. This app has no phone number support line and solely relies on AI to provide immediate support. I filled out a ticket through their AI support but I plan on canceling my subscription and disputing the charge with my CC. Shameful because I wanted to get more into the game and watch more volleyball.

    Things are just not working at all. It took my money twice on different days. It is not working on its app in particular. We used it every year before and had no issues.

    Have been trying to use app on 10th generation iPad for 8 days. App messages “Loading failed. Please try again later.”

    Does it cover most major volleyball leagues? Yes. My issue, however, lies in the fact that the service is limited to whichever device you made the subscription on? I genuinely do not understand that reasoning or thought process, if any, behind this. What difference does it make if I’m watching it on my phone, laptop, or tv? Especially if I’m paying practically $20/month?? At least let me enjoy what I’m spending my money on how I want to.

    I just purchased a monthly subscription and it’s not registering that I did so in the app. I received a confirmation email that I purchased the subscription. I try to restore the subscription and it says it is unable to restore each time. I want a solution or a refund.

  • Watch out - no notification on auto renewals!

    Extremely disappointed with VBTV. They do NOT notify you of upcoming auto renewals. I contacted them the same day and they would not refund me even though I explained I was having major health issues.
