    This site has the most manipulative, negligent, addictive game play I have ever witnessed ! -5 star star. The graphics and layout is pretty good the rest of the stricture is horrible. Keep your kids off of it and avoid the DC servers. Leave everything on the game chat or email kabam directly.

    I started playing this game about a year ago. When i first started it was a that “stupid little game I play” but after a while it has become my only game. It is perfect for adults with busy lives. You can spend money but it is tasteful and the game isn’t locked behide a pay wall. There is plenty 100% f2p players in top of the game.

    First off, great game, but terrible customer support. Worth your time (and some) of your money. I wouldn’t have played for so long if it weren’t fun. Not necessarily P2W but spending $20-$40 after playing for a year doesn’t bother me. It is free game. The game’s direction is great with updates every few months improving the player experience. Small updates few times a year to improve Quality of Life changes. Somewhat frequent rewards mails when the Devs mess up release of an event or bug. Monthly time sink events that ARE fun, just take a lot of time. Rewarding guild gameplay. I can personally tell the direct developers of the game play test themselves and it’s a passion project! But from a developer oversight, you actually lose rewards from events that you do not claim! Spending (12 logins/day * 4 days event). For years now, I have treated this hobby game as my part time job because it was fun, only recently to realize I was not being properly compensated for my time (by in game earned rewards) on these monthly events. Missing at least 8 recipe lines (60+ hours gameplay). I reached out to customer support and it’s “We cannot send you lost rewards. If you need help with anything else feel free to contact us.”Like I understand there are rules, but my pixels are missing! Will continue to keep playing. Great devs, lackluster support. Edit : They fixed it! A few months after this review, either due to my support request or public request, they completely fixed unclaimable rewards!

    The emails are not sending so I can’t redeem the weekly gift. Other than that it’s playing fine. I’ve never played a game in its beta before, besides this one, and I think that is really cool. I’ve been playing since the beginning, and though I be slow, I always come back. My fiancé and I started playing it because of a close friend who knew about it first, so close that we were in his wedding. Anyway I think it would break my heart if I ever stopped being able to play this game.

    Just constant poups telling you to spend money. Nothing but wait 6 hours or spend money. Popup after popup of micro transactions and cash shop garbage. Half the game is behind paywalls, timers, and impossible XP grinds unless you spend $$$$$$

  • Beware of scam purchases

    I understand the concept of paying to unlock certain levels or features, however purchases here cannot be trusted as additional bundles are added on and charged ridiculous fees without knowledge or consent. Since there's a timeframe that you can dispute fees on Apple and support will not reply until 24 hours after you contact them I canceled the additional charges and products that were added onto my initial purchase. They, in return, froze my market, accuse me of scamming, and is basically holing my account hostage until I buy or "earn" over 2000 diamonds.

    I knew this game was pay to win, but I still enjoyed it for a long time. Recently with the shop update putting a limit on what items you can sell, I can no longer sell all the high tier items that used to make me a lot of money so I could help my guild progress and upgrade my things. Now I cant get customers to buy the stuff because its high level, and I have nothing else I can do with it besides delete the item or wait till one specific event where I can donate it to the ship… only that event doesnt happen enough either. Please, fix the shop and let us sell anything again. This game was already tedious but now my progress is even slower.

    Ai eres nuevo no lo recomiendo, tienes que gastar como 200$ en trabajadores , ademas el juego ya es viejo y no creo que le quede mucho de vida, cada vez meten menos contenido, solo planos de pago, y lleva años sin eventos nuevos ni retos para hacer con el clan , sinceramente no lo recomiendo.

    The game itself is great, but it needs better synchronization. I play across Android and iOS, and it seems like I have to reconnect my Connect account every other day, even though my same game profile is already connected to my Google Play and iCloud account. This should only be needed once per platform.
