We paid for the year for our toddler but when we try to play it won’t let us play any of the games that cost money and says our “subscription has ended” but won’t let us re subscribe since we already paid for it so what are we supposed to do now besides be out $60. Very frustrating

Why do I need to pay a subscription for a game that’s for a CHILD when I don’t even have to pay a subscription for my games that’s ridiculous and dumb to pay a subscription for a child’s game just for my kid I might as well just let him play my games that don’t need a subscription do better for the children stop being greedy for money and actually make free games for children WITHOUT a subscription
