  • Learning curve and can be difficult to use

    I wasn’t a fan of this diet app. :( I felt like I had to flip flop too many times to log my food in and make edits. There’s a learning curve to it and it was really frustrating trying to figure out how to log my food. The worst part, I didn’t realize you would log in fats in “step 2” and carbs in “step 3”. These tabs are not obvious enough, and have been trying to log all of my food in “step 1”. I was kind of stressed trying to use the app and I felt discouraged logging in my meals… and the app doesn’t always find everything you purchase at the grocery store too. Other than that, I did like tracking my macros (carbs/fat/protein) and not having to count/notice my calorie intake. And being able to adjust your serving size was convenient. I think if this app was reorganized, it could be much easier to use!

    The app is great!( just wish it wasn’t web based is my only complaint) It helps you build your own workouts and gives you feedback to complete to help optimize your training and to help keep training fresh and optimized. If we could get some cheeky Dr. Mike comments in the app that would be great 😉

    This App was amazing several ago but seems outdated now. Photo scanner never works so I need to hope the UPC code pulls it up if not I have to manually enter nutrition facts. No longer worth the cost.

    The app doesn’t know how to account for starting or ending a creative cycle which has a massive impact on weight. So while I’m under weight, RP suggests eating way more, and then I overshoot as water builds up. The app should take creative into account and account for dosing regimen.

    Worth it for the price. Easy to follow, 90% of my foods were already in the system. Meal check ins take 10-15 seconds, weights import directly from your apple health app (if you use it). Highly convenient!
