    I spend more time figuring out how to enter in my meals than working out. MyFitnessPal is more user friendly. If you like measuring raw meat and measure dry rice and sweet potatoes while you meal prep. Teach me the hacks of this awful app.

    Wish it would show calories per meal or per day, at least as an option in settings that you could turn on. I feel like I am lacking information when I know how many calories I’ve burned (fitness trackers) but have no idea how many I consume. It would not be a driver of information but at least I wouldn’t be ignorant.

    My only complaint so far is the lack of complete info on the macros. It gives you the big three, but fails to show your intake of all the smaller macros.

    I downloaded this app while looking for the RP hypertrophy app which turns out to be a web app and not a actual app. I decided to give it a shot anyway because my main goal is to lose weight. The app is solely a macros tracker. It is odd to me that it doesn’t track calories considering that Dr. Mike stresses that weight loss is primarily calories in vs calories burned. With that said it does an ok job of tracking macros. Not any better than MyFitnessPal does though. Which is cheaper $79 for the year and has more functionality. Tracks calories, steps, has recipes, etc. I did like the meal reminders as I tend to forget to eat when I’m working and eating regularly keeps me from getting a big hunger spike and overeating later. Maybe the app will ad some functionality down the road that will make it better but until then it just isn’t ready or I should say not worth the price. Right now $29.99 a year would be pushing it in my opinion. For now I would say save $20 a year and download MyFitnessPal and get a more utility.

    It’s a reminder to eat app, and macro tracker. Doesn’t give meal plan ideas, you only add what you’ve eaten and how much. Just use my fitness pal. It’s free to use.
