I already have the mobile version and I love it. That’s not what this review is going to be about. What I’m praising Lucky Clan for is the fact that this is genuinely so close to how PS functions, like actually bar for bar. Not even Acorn 8 has Surface blur, sponge, and heal!
  • The best!

I’ve been using Artstudio Pro iOS as my main drawing app for several years now and hands down it’s one of the best drawing apps available. Now I got it for Mac OS and it’s fantastic. A few features missing from the iPad version, or maybe I simply can’t find them but still overall amazing. I can work on a larger screen with my Mac, save the file and open it on my iPad when I’m on the go. I’d definitely recommend this app for both iPadOS and MacOS.

It’s as if Procreate and Fresco put their differences aside and created this wonderful app. There are a few things that could be added to make it super amazing but I can’t think off the top of my head what those features would be, so they get 5-stars. Also it’s brilliant that it can be used on the iPad and the MacBook. LOVE that. Can’t do that with Procreate or Fresco I think. But I would love to have my Procreate brushes seamlessly integrated into this. (Oh look I remembered something I want added.) You can bring all your Photoshop brushes into it. Great App, use it so I can keep using it!!

I've been using it for about month now, I left Adobe because they are scraping art. This is a good alternative. But, something are weird like you can't move the tools, layers or brushes windows around the screen where you like them. The eye droper isn't very accurate. Saving bigger files, sometimes dosen't save. I'm lost, some illustrations, thats stressful. I would like to have better communication with the company, cool community where artist can post their work and a affiliate program. , Overall it's pretty good.
  • It’s gotten real good
